Todd White Supernatural Christianity part
2 You don’t have to run far if you’re in Him.
And what if it’s not a voice that’s inside, that needs to be delivered,
but it’s a voice outside, trying to regain your identity,
trying to make you lost, or trying to make you feel like you’re not
loved. People come to me, and they say,
“Todd! Pray for me, so that I can feel the love of God!”
I say, “Absolutely not! That will damage you.” Because what if I pray for you,
and you get a momentary feeling of the love of God;
Then all of a sudden you walk out of here, And you don’t feel it anymore.
You’ll feel that you have to go to ME, to get it,
instead of going to God! I’m not against feelings,
but if it’s at the cost of truth, then we’re in trouble.
And if I’m seeking just for a feeling, Satan is central, and it’s demonic.
Come on, he tries to impregnate people with self-seeking and envy,
and everything evil is there, and that’s the wisdom of the World.
We can’t afford to be in that place! But if you seek GOD – He tells you to seek
Him, and you will find Him. He is God, He’s not hard to find.
And He’s the Word of God, so He’s not quiet. He loves us, man! He’s made everything available
to us – to them that believe. To believe means to be fully convinced, that
means a house with no empty rooms. No vacancy, man. Full, no room at the inn,
literally! We get so possessed by truth, so possessed
by the love of God the reality of what God created me to be.
He created me in His image, and that was lost –
but Jesus regained that which was lost! And now I’ve been restored back to my rightful
identity as a son; And then Satan says, “You’re not worthy”,
and all of a sudden we bite the bait, we turn around and AAAAAGH!!
we lose our salvation, almost. We lose our sanity,
or we lose that momentary peace that we gained when we said Yes to Him.
But it’s not a momentary peace – it’s a LIFE of rest. Jesus said, “Narrow is the way that leads
to life. Many are called, but few find it”
Few find it – that’s scary, man! Many – few….that’s scary.
What if we’re the few? What if we are? What if every Christian is supposed to be
the few that find it? Narrow is the way that leads to life,
broad is the road that leads to destruction. And people say, “Well, broad is the road of
the world” – No, I don’t believe that. I believe broad
is the road for believing lies and all that stuff, man.
I get it, I get it – the World is headed down the path of destruction. I get it, man.
I get it, but we’re destroyed not for the lack of an open heaven.
We’re destroyed for lack of knowledge. “My people perish for lack of knowledge”
But it’s crazy, it’s not just book-smart. If it was, I’d be in trouble. Then then He says in Hosea 4:7, that having
received it, they rejected it. So what if we’ve received it in its simplicity,
but then we’ve rejected it because there has to be something else?
Because I can’t find my peace…..and what if I need THIS to get my peace?
I’m all for going here, that’s awesome, and there’s nothing in my heart against it.
It’s biblical, it’s totally sound, I love it.
But I’m all for this getting near, so that I live –
I’ve lived in rest for nine and a half years, man! I’m not preaching right now because I’m stressed
out, man. I so am tired of what’s in the body of Christ,
being destroyed by the Devil. I SO am sick and tired of it.
I’m tired of walking by people, and having them not know Jesus;
and me having everything inside of me that can reach them…
and they’re right here! But fear, no way, man – never! Man, this is the heart-cry of the Father!
He wants His kids, He wants them. He wants them to know Him as a Father.
He wants them to be born again, to be fathered from above,
a brand-new Dad – the most amazing Dad ever, the best Dad ever!
He wants them to be overwhelmed by the simplicity of the Gospel.
2 Corinthians 11:3 (searching for the text) …
11:1 says, “Oh, that you would bear with me a little further,
for I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy, and my heart is concerned with a godly jealousy,
that we would come to the reality of the revelation of God,
the revelation of God being our Father, the revelation that Peter had of Jesus – When Jesus said, “Who do people say I am?”
and they said, “Well, some say this, and some say that, and (you know) some say this….
some say Jeremiah, some say one of the prophets…. (Jesus asked) “but who do you guys say I am?”
It’s awesome, He asked His disciples – they’re with Him, they’re walking with Him.
It’s crazy, they’re seeing the most craziest stuff ever.
In Matthew 16, Matthew 17 – it’s a while, years of being with Jesus!
“Yeah, but who do you say I am?” Peter said, “You’re the Christ!”
Jesus says, like, “WHOAH! way to go, Simon, that’s awesome!
You just heard from your Father. Flesh and blood can’t do this for you, but only my Father.
And I tell you this, that upon this rock I’m going to build my church,
and the gates of Hell will NOT prevail against her – which is powerful. But what if the gates of Hell aren’t outside?
What if the gates of Hell aren’t chasing the Church?
And what if the mind that’s not renewed, and what if the carnal mind is at war against
God? And what if the way that seems right to a
man is what he is talking about there? How do I say that? Why do I say that?
Because a couple of scriptures later, Jesus says, like, “By the way, I’m going to die.”
He said, “Blessed are you, Simon, you’re amazing. Way to go, your heard from the Father!”
He commended him, and I guarantee you that Peter was, like, Gee! in THAT state….
A couple of scriptures later, Jesus is, like, “By the way, I’m going to die.”
He came to die, so that we might live! And he (Peter) says, “No! this shall NEVER
happen to You!” Because he’s trying to hold on to the way
that seems right to a man, he’s trying to hold onto this thing that’s
the greatest thing ever, that’s ever happened to him. “This shall never happen to you!”
And Jesus rebukes him (Peter), and says, “Get behind me, Satan!”
You just heard from God, and now – “Get behind me, devil!”
That’s nuts! Guaranteed that didn’t go over well with Peter.
Imagine that – being called the Devil by Jesus….not good –
after he had just said, “Way to go, Simon”, “Get behind me, devil!”
“Get behind me, devil” He did not say. “Get behind me, Satan!” He did say.
That’s intense! And then He says this: That “Your mind is full of the things of man,
and not full of the things of God” So to say, “I’m only human, back off, chill
out, man” is to say, “I’m only demonic” We can’t afford to think like a mere man,
We can’t afford to thing along the way that seems right to a man, because it’s not OK.
It’s not OK – we can’t afford to think that way. You see, we might say, “Well, what has this
to do with joy? We were feeling pretty good…” This is everything, man. If you were free
from people, you would be in real joy. If you were free from – listen – I’m so free
from me, that I’m free from you! I love you! but you’re not going to hurt me.
If you say something that you shouldn’t, or if you’re mean to me (like you shouldn’t be),
I’m not going to sit there, and tell twenty people. I said it last night.
But I live this thing, man! and it’s an intense deal,
because people are always that way, everywhere you go.
But I can’t afford to allow people to sin against me,
to produce sin within me….. Because Christ paid a price, to crush the
sin-nature. We have this war between the flesh and the
spirit, but we boast about the flesh, and say,
“Our spirit is willing, but our flesh is weak” We emphasis the weakness of the flesh, at
the cost of the strength of the spirit. And Jesus has given us things to bring our
flesh into submission. Paul says, “I don’t fight as one who beats
the air” He gives us things like fasting and prayer,
and worship, intimacy and relationship, to bring this thing (flesh) into subjection,
so that it doesn’t dominate this thing (spirit). And I have to use everything that’s available.
When it comes to me, and God speaks to me, I’m going after it.
So I’ve got this zeal; I’ve got a godly jealousy, so that I can establish the simplicity of
the Gospel in people. It seems that I have one message, from a thousand
different angles, but the same thing. And every time I read the Bible, I read it
through the same lens – Christ. And I love it, man! And I don’t want to grow
up….I don’t. I want to grow up into Him in all things,
but I always want to have child-like faith. I always want to be amazed with Jesus, every
day – it’s amazing. That’s why, when I share my testimony, it’s
nine and half years later, But when I share it, it seems like just yesterday.
Why? Because life is short, and I’ve been in the
place of rest, And when you’re in place of rest, life goes
by SO quick, man! It goes by quick, anyway. But when you’re
in a place of stress, it hurts… So He says this: He says, “I am jealous for
you with a godly jealousy, because I have betrothed you to one Husband,
so that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ”
That’s awesome! He says that “I wish to present you as a chaste
virgin to Christ”! God spoke to me one day when I read that.
He said, “Todd, (He said) a chaste virgin to Christ –
It’s as if you’ve never slept with the World before.”
And I’m not just talking about fornication. I’m talking, never been with the World.
Whoah! God wants to present me as a chaste virgin to Himself,
betrothed to Christ, one that’s never been with the World.
So that when I got born again, I exited my being with the World,
and that meant dying! And now my heart-cry is to have my mind renewed
by the Spirit of God, so that I’m not conformed to situations, I’m
not moulded to situations, I’m not potted by the World, I’m not moulded
by what we call reality here… Amen! You gotta live in reality, but you gotta
use wisdom. And I hear those statements all the time.
People have told me throughout my whole Christian life,
“Well, which wisdom are you using? Is the wisdom you’re using –
Is it sensual? Is it demonic? Is it full of self-seeking?
Is it all about YOU? Is it full of envy, because you don’t have –
because you wish you had what they have, so that you covet.”
Is it about THAT? Or is it peaceable, and gentle, and willing to yield,
and full of good fruit, and without partiality, without hypocrisy?
That’s the wisdom from God. That’s the one I want, man!
That’s the one I want, and the world will not give it to you –
I don’t care how brilliant you are, how amazing you are,
You will not get it here. You have to get it HERE:
God said, “Set your mind on things above, and not earthly things.”
So it’s awesome – He says we’re actually seated with Christ in heavenly places,
having boldness to approach the throne of grace in time of need. Let me ask you guys something: When’s the
last time you didn’t need Jesus? So why wouldn’t you just stay in that place?
Have you ever seen it? I’ve never seen it, I promise.
I was talking to Jason and David. I’ve never seen it, but I live there.
Do you know how I live there? I’m not rattled by life, ever,
and it’s not denial – “I’m OK how you doing?” -“I’m good, praise God!”
And I’m not being mean. I’m talking about this thing being a mask,
where it’s really not OK in here. This thing makes it look like it is,
because of my smiles, because of my comments –
But man, I’m telling you the truth. I am not rattled by life, I am not afraid.
And if none go with me, I’m still going to be alright,
because I’m still going after this thing. I’m amazed that they even bring me in to do
conferences, man! I am? I mean, I love you guys…this is just
my heartcry, man, and it seems that it’s deepening. (I was talking
about this last night.) It seems that the more I travel, and the more
I’m a part of stuff, the more simple I want the message to be,
because we need to get it, man. Time is short! We’re in the final lap, dude
– we are! I don’t know when He’s coming, but He is;
and I can’t afford to have people I encounter not know Jesus.
I can’t afford it, man. I can’t afford to have people around me not
know that I worship God, and that’s not just because of my shirt either.
I need to bring Jesus everywhere I go. You have Him everywhere you go, but shame
will keep you from ever letting Him out. Fear will keep you from ever letting Him out. How many of you are sick and tired of being
afraid to share the Gospel? I’m not talking about the office of an evangelist.
I’m talking about a believer-priesthood that enables you to preach to all creation.
I’m talking about the freedom that’s in Christ, for you to not be ashamed, to not be guilty,
for you to not be condemned, and to not be afraid – because that spirit is not from God. He gave you a spirit of love and power….but
without a sound mind, love and power doesn’t work!
And without a sound mind, POWER will work – and that’s scary!
But love AND power will. But just power will, because you can move in great authority, without
love. Come on, man, it’s totally biblical. I’ve
watched people move in great authority, but have no relationship with God. We can’t afford to have a move of God knocked
off to the left or right – I’m not pointing at anybody – because there’s
junk in your closet. Come on! That’s not, like, legalism – that’s relationship.
(pause, music) You guys OK? There are pockets of very much
quietness that I can sense…. It’s here – He loves us! What if the fear of the Lord was a good thing?
What if the fear of the Lord God wanted to give to all the children,
but they chose somebody else to represent Him?
What if they were on the mountain, and they saw how great was the trembling?
It was shaking and trembling, and Moses – come on, no, you need this. Come on, guys.
No, no, no way! We don’t wanna hear that from him – we’ll all just listen to You.
Come on, man, God wanted it with all His kids, but they chose a man, they chose Moses.
And it was OK, God said, like, “Cool, alright- but then here’s my rules, my laws,
here’s my regulations – here it is. They do this – they can be right with Me. And, man, they struggled forever trying to
be right, and they wanted to, and they couldn’t.
And they willed to do it, and they didn’t. And it’s horrible, man. It was a hard, hard,
time – grumbling, complaining, selfishness – all
that stuff is there. It’s crazy. I was reading about it the other day.
I was reading about the serpents that came through and killed all the children, man,
because of their wickedness, because of all the stuff – rebellion.
And, like, what is the deal? That’s crazy! Serpents are killing them. Thousands, thousands
died in one day. God said to Moses, “I want to take one of
those serpents, I want you to make a bronze serpent, the image
of what’s killing them. And I want you to put it up on a pole. I want
you to put it there, and anybody that looks at that thing that’s
killing them will be healed.” And then in the Gospels I read: “Just as Moses
lifted up a bronze snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up….and
I’m, like, aaaaaagh! that’s amazing! Why, why the bronze serpent? Why not something
else? Why not the Ark? Why not something –
because what was killing them was the serpent. What was killing us? Our sin.
And unless we see it lifted up, unless we see it nailed to the tree,
the memory and past regret of things we wish we never did
will keep creeping in and steal our present reality with God,
so that we can never know the love of God, because we keep looking back,
and rearview Christianity is illegal in the kingdom. But without the true revelation of the blood
of Jesus and the cross, you’ll constantly look back, wishing that
you never did that, wishing that that never happened.
And regret produces death, but godly sorrow leadeth unto repentance.
It’s a daily life of repentance. We can live in that place,
because our heart is constantly living in that place.
If something’s wrong, we don’t step into it. The Holy Spirit trains our senses to discern
between good and evil. Jesus paid a price to establish righteousness.
Righteousness was amazing in the Old Testament. The only way that they could do it was by
living it, walking it out, perfect at never missing it.
So 613 laws and 10 commandments – if you did it all perfectly, and never missed one thing,
you could be right with God. That’s an amazingly hard job!
And God KNEW that it was going to be a hard job. He prophesies in the Garden (of Eden) about
Jesus to come. Jesus is going to come….I mean, way back
when Adam fell, when Eve fell, He prophesied that the seed of this woman
is gonna crush the head of your (the serpent’s) seed.
And Jesus has prophesied that on THIS day, this day,
He pays the price to crush everything that you wish that you never did,
the person that you should have – you were never created for you! You see, all God’s asking you to give up – it’s
not hard. All He’s asking you to give up is something
you were never created to be in the first place.
‘cos God did not create you for you. He created you for Him!
So what IS that? That’s not hard to give up! Man, that’s awesome. What a deal!
I trade my life, and I get His. What? That’s crazy abundant life,
that’s amazing, man! I’m excited about this. Every day I’m excited
about it. It’s awesome. I share with one person. They’re, like, “Oh
my gosh, that’s amazing, I never heard it put that way. You should
give yourself to this. No, no, if that’s what it is, I want it.
I mean, I’ve had people look at me, and I tell them I’ll pray for them,
I share my heart with them. Man, I – gosh, so many times…. I’m walking across the street and I’m going
to a McDonalds in Baltimore. I’m working, I’m working full-time, and loving
my job, man. And I’m going across, and I see this guy dragging
his leg, like this – He’s a homeless guy. I walk up to him and
say, “Hey, man!” And he was drunk, and, man, he’s gonna punch
me in the face. And I am full of dirt, I am yucky big time.
And I’m, like, “Man, what happened to you, man? Is it your knee?”
-“No, it’s my hip, man, I’ve got no joint in my hip.”
I say, “You’d better let me pray for you, man. You’d better back off me, man.”
-“You ain’t praying for me! You’d better get away from me, man!”
And he’s gonna punch me in the face. And I said, “Listen, man, God loves you so
much, dude!” -“Don’t be telling me God loves me, man! Don’t
be laying that guilt trip stuff on me!” and he’s freaking out on me, he’s mad. He’s been crushed by the world, he’s like
a rat in a cage, man. He’s been cornered, and he wants to punch
me, because he thinks there’s strings attached, He thinks I’m trying to get something from
him. And I’m not trying to get nothing from nobody.
I’ve already got it! I’ve got Him, and I’m trying to give Him away!
(cheers) All God’s asking you is to give Him away on
a daily basis. Come on, man! He fills us, and Jesus says, out of our bellies
are gonna flow rivers, man. Everywhere I go, rivers flow! Why? Because
He keeps coming. Through my relationship with Him, He keeps
on coming, He keeps on filling me, He keeps on filling me right now. He doesn’t
stop! Man, it’s a never-ending supply! And it’s all because of the blood of Jesus.
It’s all because of what He did for us. Then it’s alive – This guy looks mega – “Dude, you’ve gotta
let me pray for you!” -“You’ve gotta back off, man!”
So he limps into McDonalds, so I follow him in.
Cos I gotta get lunch. He says, “You’re following me, man!”
I say, “Dude, I just gotta get lunch.” -“Just let me go!”
I say, “Dude, I’m not gonna do anything.” He does, “You better not do nothing, man!”
So he goes up, and he’s ordering his food. He reaches into his pocket to get his stuff….
So I reach out with my ATM card, and I swipe it.
He goes, “Back off! What the (blank) are you doing, man?!” In McDonalds, freaking out.
I said, “I just wanna bless you, man. God loves you.”
He goes, “Stop telling me He loves me!” and he’s angry, rage in his face, man.
And I said, “Man, He does, man.” It was only three bucks. I didn’t get lunch. I just walked out into
the parking lot, man. I’m crying, man. I got yuck all over my face,
and totally covered with dirt. This guy comes out carrying his lunch, limping.
I go, “Man!” He goes, “WHAT?”
I say, “Will you let me pray for you, man?” He says, “What is wrong with you, man?”
I said, “I just wanna pray for you, man. I believe God will touch you right now.”
He goes, “Listen, man. I don’t wanna hear about God this, God that, God whatever!” Yeah…
And I said, “Please, man – ” “Fine, man….Don’t touch me, man!” So I prayed
for him. He’s SO angry! We talk about outreach, and we talk about
touching people, and it’s awesome, but you’ve gotta approach some really, really
angry people, really mad people. People that wanna kill you for real.
And if I don’t understand the blood of Jesus and my created value, persecution will scare
me. And we can’t afford to be scared by it, or
rattled by it. The King wants His army strengthened by the
blood of Jesus, that keeps you unashamed of this Gospel. So this guy looks at me, and lets me pray
for him from a distance. I said, “Man, check your hip, man!” He walks
like this…. “What’s going on, man?” He’s freaking out.
“What the (blank) did you just do, man?” I said, “Just prayed for you, man. God loves
you, bro!” He goes, “You ain’t telling me nothing!” He
walks away, comes back, looks at me, He says, “Man, where are you from?”
I said, “About an hour north. I’m down here just doing work.”
He says, “Who ARE you?” I say, “I’m a Christian.”
He says, “No, you ain’t! I know Christians, and you ain’t one!” (laughter)
I promise you, I promise you….starts telling me, “They come out, they do outreaches,
they come out, they do this….they don’t care about nobody. They care about themselves,
man!” I stood there. He looks at me, and he goes,
“You Jesus!” I go, “Ah, dude!” I lost it, like, “You have
no idea.” I didn’t take that into my head and think,
“Yeah, I’m Jesus” That’s the truth. I’ve had hundreds and hundreds
of those encounters – on airplanes, in drugstores, wherever I’m at, man, I see it happen all
the time. We all have the same opportunity to have this
happen, so you’d better know who you are. You’d better know why you’re here, because
it’s not just about outreach, man. It’s about a lifestyle of Christianity – it’s
about always on, never off. It’s about “Let your light so shine, let your
light so shine…let your heart be provoked with a godly jealousy,
cos that’s why I’m here. I just wanna see people be able to run worthy of the price.
I wanna see you be able to run with the simplicity – my Father loves me! He loves me!
I wanna see you grab a daisy and say, “He loves me, He loves me, He LOVES me, HE LOVES
ME!” Get to the last one, and celebrate! (cheers,
laughter) I’m so serious, man! I’m not just up here putting on some show,
man. I live this way. I love God, man! My eyes never stop leaking,
man. I love Jesus! Guys, I know that you want Jesus.
I know that’s why you’re here. I think it’s awesome to be able to do all
the stuff; but, man, if we don’t see who we are, we might
try to do the stuff to gain our identity. And we’re not supposed to do the stuff, so
that we can gain our identity THERE. Jesus did the stuff to make us who we are,
so that our doing comes out of being. And all of a sudden, we enter into a place
of relationship, into intimacy, into this amazing love relationship with the
King of Glory, established with blood that never coagulates
on the Mercy Seat. Always crying out “Mercy”! There’s an “It is finished” of the Gospel,
where Jesus said it was finished, man. Where the veil was torn. It was where God
was tired of people coming through a veil, just the high priest on the Earth coming through
once a year. He tore it from top to bottom,
so that nobody would make the mistake of thinking somebody might have ripped it from the bottom
to the top. He tore that thing, man! from the top to the
bottom, because He was tired of His kids not coming
straight to Him. God always desired relationship, so Jesus
comes to give us that relationship. Ha! He says the head-running (?) of requirements
and the junk that was against me was nailed to Him on that tree –
as a propitiation, as a substitute – He became my substitute,
and Jesus who knew no sin, became sin so that I might become the righteousness of God in
Christ Jesus. He became sin! so that I might BECOME righteousness
– not just know about it, not just quote it, not just think about it –
He told me that I’ve become it. If I’ve become righteousness, that’s crazy! It’s not self-righteousness – it’s not my
righteousness, my holiness – it’s HIS righteousness, it’s the righteousness of GOD that’s in Christ
Jesus; and if I live inside of that place, nobody
can hurt me there. It means I don’t have to hide in the closet
from people. That just means that when I’m in the open,
I’m in Him. And when I’m in the secret place, I seek Him,
and then when I’m in the open, He rewards me with Him, in the open. Is this making any sense at all, kind of?
Ha ha ha….I’m edified! I’m not kidding, man. Every time I share my
heart, it’s like (weeps) I’m growing, man. When I was here a year ago, I’m way more messed
up than I was. (laughter) I’m serious! I’m way more messed up than I
was yesterday, cos I’m in love with Him. I know Him more today. He says that each day
I’ve been growing my love of Him. Every day I can grow in knowledge of Him.
Every day….and I choose not to grow in anything else.
I don’t WANT anything else, I want Him. And when something doesn’t work out the way
it was supposed to – I’ve prayed for somebody, and they don’t get
healed – I look unto Jesus. Why? Cos it says that God
has put all things under our feet, but we haven’t yet seen all things put under
our feet….but we see Jesus. So I don’t get my eyes on what I didn’t see.
I keep my eyes on Jesus. This is big, big time important. We can’t
afford to get side-tracked because of death, because of loss, because of anything.
We can’t afford it, man – life is short! The Bible doesn’t say, “Deny the Devil, pick up
your cross and follow him, guys”; it says, “Deny yourself!” but it’s the very
thing that the Devil will try to make it all about,
so that you can never get this thing on with God,
so that you seek for somebody to pray for you, and lay hands on you, to get the peace
that you never had. But only the blood of Jesus can keep you,
and sustain you, and never let you go out of there. (sigh) He says this:”For I betrothed you to one Husband,
so that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ;
but I fear, lest somehow – as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness,
so your minds may be corrupted and taken away from the simplicity that is in the Christ.”
So what did the serpent do, and what did God say? and he came in the middle, and twisted
their minds. God said, “Don’t eat this, cos on the day
you do, you will surely die.” He didn’t mean physical death, but spiritually
dead, separated from the Father. So look at this, man. Satan said, “Did God
– God just knows that if you do this, you will be like Him.”
They were already like Him! So he’s trying to get them to do something to prove that
they are already like Him – but you already ARE like Him, and you can’t
afford to get into the miraculous, to prove who you are –
although the miraculous is necessary, and it’s unavoidable if you live in a place of
sonship. But the miracles aren’t to prove who you are.
Are you with me? I know a lot of people, and I’ve met a lot
of people that do a lot of stuff, and their validation comes from the last miracle.
And they’ve entered into the works again, in the miraculous,
that they’re doing the stuff to prove who they are.
You don’t believe? Well, watch what I can do!
Although Jesus says, “If you don’t believe me for the things I say, at least believe
me for the things I do, for it is the Father that dwells in me, that
does the works. So we’re never supposed to not be – we’re
ALWAYS supposed to be in the place, but I’m not DOING something, to prove who
I am. Or else I won’t be able to be comfortable
with my own skin, cos when I’m alone, I won’t be OK with myself;
I’ll have to do another miracle, to be OK. And if I didn’t do one today, I’m lost. Come
on, man – If I don’t heal the sick today, then all of
a sudden, I’m – gosh, I need to DO it, cos that’s what I DO….no, it’s who you BE
as a Christian. Who you BE is right with God. Who you BE –
and you make sure that your conscience is washed by the right stuff,
so that you can be clean inside and out! Internal cleansing. Alright? Let’s go to Hebrews 8 (whoop!)….
He’s lovely – I wish I had him in my pocket! (laughter)
He’d just say, “Do it again, dude!” I love it, man, it’s amazing….(laughs) I’m just gonna read this whole chapter, then
I’m gonna touch Chapter 9, then I’m gonna touch something on the finished
work of Christ, then I know, I’m gonna let you go. We’re gonna
have a really good time. I’m gonna pray…..OK, are you ready? OK -Hebrews
8, did I already tell you that? OK, now watch this – I love how he starts
this chapter out, this is amazing, listen to what he says:
Like, if you’re doing – I just saw this today, as a matter of fact,
that’s pretty cool, so it’s new for me, that’s good – and I’ve read it a lot of times. I
love that. So, if you’re learning in college, or if you’re
learning in school, and the teacher puts on the board:
Now, this is the main point, that’s a big deal. That’s what the whole subject is about,
right? OK. So we’re gonna talk about what the whole subject
is about. Alright? So it says, now, “This is the main point of the things that
we’re saying” – that’s pretty cool, that this is the main
attraction, the main point. “For we have such a High Priest, who is seated
at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,
a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not
man. For every high priest is appointed to offer
both gifts and sacrifices. Therefore it is necessary that this One also
have something to offer. For if He were on earth, He would not be a
priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the law;
who serve the copy and the shadow of the heavenly things,
as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle.
For He said, See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the
mountain. But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry,
inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better
promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless,
then no place would have been sought for a second.
Because finding fault with them, He says” – (See, the fault wasn’t with His covenant,
the fault was with them, cos they couldn’t walk it out. Are you with me?) Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house
of Judah not according to the covenant that I made
with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to
lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant,
and I disregarded them, says the Lord. For this is the covenant” (He’s talking about the New Covenant – this
is pretty awesome!) “For this is the covenant that I will make
with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord:
I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their
God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and
none his brother, saying, Know the Lord, for all shall know Me “- (This is really awesome, oh!) “from the least of them to the greatest of
them. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness,
and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” – He didn’t say, and the Devil won’t remember
them, it said that GOD wouldn’t remember them.
It didn’t say that your psyche or your mind wouldn’t remember them.
It said that GOD wouldn’t remember them. In other words, the stranger understands that
the one thing that he could do is get you fixed on stuff
that you wish you’d never did, and that you could never become all that God
says you are – although you’ve already become it.
See, when you get born again, then everything comes, everything –
You’ve got it all, right there, BAM! one package. BOOM! and then you grow into Him, you grow
up into Him in all things. But if this thing isn’t fortified, Satan will
love to get you sidetracked on stuff that isn’t God, like your past, which
is huge. How many people have had their past come and
eat their lunch, man? Come on, only three of you? I saw some…I’m
changing the message right now. (laughter) Just kidding, I don’t have another one, man! And that He says “a new covenant” – He has
made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing
old, is ready to vanish away. Then He starts, in Hebrews 9: “Then indeed,
even the first covenant had ordinances of divine service and the earthly sanctuary.
For a tabernacle was prepared: the first part, in which was the lampstand, the table, and
the showbread, which is called the sanctuary; and behind the second veil, the part of the
tabernacle which is called the Holiest of All,
which had the golden censer and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold,
in which were the golden pot that had the manna, Aarons rod that budded, and the
tablets of the covenant; and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing
the mercy seat. Of these things we cannot now speak in detail. Now when these things had been thus prepared,
the priests always went into the first part of the tabernacle, performing the services.
But into the second part the high priest went alone once a year, not without blood,
which he offered for himself and for the peoples sins committed in ignorance;
the Holy Spirit indicating this, that the way into the Holiest of All was not yet made
manifest while the first tabernacle was still standing.
It was symbolic for the present time, in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered,
which CANNOT” – now pay attention! You should’ve been anyway,
but pay attention to this for real – alright? This is something that hit me in the beginning
of my life in Christ, when I got born again, God told me that I was gonna have – He told
me, “I’m stamping a scripture on your forehead, it’s Matthew 6:33. He told me that I was gonna
live by it all the days of my life. He did it in the beginning of my life, when
I was at Teen Challenge. I didn’t even know what the scripture was,
and I’d never read it before. But it’s, “Seek first the kingdom of God,
and His righteousness, and everything will be added to you.” and
it’s right at the cap of worry – He says, “Don’t worry, Don’t worry,Don’t worry,Don’t
worry,Don’t worry, Don’t worry,Don’t worry!” But – “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His
righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” “It was symbolic for the present time in which
both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make him” –
this is intense! – “cannot make him which performed the services perfect in regard to
the conscience….. concerned only with foods and drinks, various
washings and fleshly ordinances, imposed until the time of reformation. “But Christ came as High Priest of the good
things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle
not made with hands, that is, not of this creation; and not with
the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most
Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.”………
It says, ” For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the
unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh,
how much more” – say, much more! – “shall the blood of Christ, who through the
eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God,
cleanse your conscience to serve God?” It is impossible to serve God in the way that
God created you, with a dirty conscience. The High Priest went into the Holy of Holies,
and he would go in there, and he would have a rope tied to his foot,
he would have bells around the bottom of his outfit,
he would go behind there, and if everything wasn’t perfect,
he would die in there and be drug out. He offered blood for the sins of the people,
committed in ignorance; And even if the High Priest did everything
perfect, and he came out of that place, behind that veil that God tore, when Christ
was crucified. Even when he came out of that place, his conscience
was still condemned, because there was no way for the cleansing
of the conscience. And so the Body of Christ – I talk to people
all the time – Condemnation, guilt and shame exist, and are
prevalent, and are rampant in the Body of Christ. And I talk to people all the time – and I’m
not faulting anybody – I’m telling you there is strength – (sings)
there is power in the blood of Jesus…. It wouldn’t be good for you to sing,
“What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
What can make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Oh, precious is the flow (yeah!) that makes me white as snow –
No other fount I know. Nothing but the blood of Jesus.” (Ready? We’re gonna do it again. Let’s do
it bluesy!….hmmmmm -) “What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the
blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again? Nothing but
the blood of Jesus. Oh, precious is the flow that makes me white
as snow – No other fount I know. Nothing but the blood
of Jesus.” Let me ask you something – wouldn’t it be
scary to sing it and not believe it? Wouldn’t it be tragedy to sing it, and not
have it work right here? come on! Just sit for a second, we’re gonna sing it
again, in a different revelation…..waaaaaagh! I promise, man, freedom is in this place!
Oh, there is power in the blood of Jesus! There is freedom in the blood of Jesus! All
of Heaven rejoices in the blood of Jesus! yeah, man…..are we OK? So it says this, it says “There is no way
for the conscience to be clean – of the High Priest –
never! the conscience from dead works, the blood of Jesus cleanses it.
And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death,
for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant,
that those who are called, that they may, that those who are called may receive the
promise of the eternal inheritance. For where there is a testament, there must
also of necessity be the death of the testator” – So he’s talking about Jesus. See, Jesus – check
this out, this is amazing – the whole testament has to do with trying
to get to righteousness, God says,”If you’re diligent to not go to
the left or to the right, but to do all these commandments that I put
before you today, then it will be given to you righteousness.”
So, right-standing with me, you can have God say,
“If you walk ALL of these things out”, so He gives us 613 laws and 10 commandments. Moses received the amazing commandments on
the mountain, so he comes down off the mountain, and his
face shined with such a glow, with such an amazing glow, that a veil was
put on his face. But it says that veil wasn’t just put on his
face, to keep the people from being shined-on; it was put on his face to stop the people
from seeing the shine fade away. Listen, this is awesome!
So 2 Corinthians 3 talks about the ministry that was given to Moses –
that ministry was engraved on stones. It was the ministry of condemnation,
which had glory – so there was glory in the ministry of the Old Covenant.
There was glory in it, but it was the ministry of condemnation.
It’s the law – real legalism. It was the law! and God’s holy.
He’s holy, so He says, “I’m a holy God; here’s my holy commandments.
If you do it, then you’re right with Me.” So God says, “Here’s your chance.” So the
children tried, and tried, and tried, and fell flat on their face, and they couldn’t
do it. God had mercy, and Mary was impregnated with
the Christ child. Mary, mother Mary, the one that modelled Christianity
– Cos you are supposed to be SO pregnant with
Christ, every day, that you HAVE to deliver……
So Christ is in her. Jesus is placed in her belly,
and Jesus grows up for 30 years in this world, tempted in ALL points.
He didn’t do it as God – He did it as a Man. If He did it as God, that would have been
awesome, but God needed a Man to fulfil Man’s end of
the covenant, so that He could do away with that one, and
establish a new one. Cos He had mercy, cos He knew His kids couldn’t
do it. So Jesus came! born as a Man, humbled Himself
as a bondservant, and in the likeness of Man He was.
And He grows up as a Man, and He fulfils the Law.
He never sins; He never misses it, man! And there’s a man out there in the River Jordan,
and he’s baptising people – a wild man named John the Baptist.
He’s out there baptising people unto repentance. I love it! It’s 30 years into Jesus’s life.
It’s amazing, cos at 30 years old, in Jewish culture,
you get everything your daddy has. So Jesus is 30 – had to do it, so the Jews
could relate. That’s why they wanted to kill Him when He
called God His Father. It’s one of the reasons. But it’s awesome,
man. He goes down to that river, and John’s baptising
people, and John says, “Huh!?” He sees Jesus coming
– there He is. He says, “John, I need you to baptise Me.”
John’s like, “You’re telling ME to baptise YOU, but I need YOUR baptism.” But Jesus couldn’t baptise John with His baptism,
because he couldn’t be baptised with Jesus’ baptism until Jesus was crucified,
was resurrected, and seated at the right hand – and then the day of Pentecost….
John said, “I need Yours!” Jesus says, “No, it’s necessary that you do this today, John,
so that righteousness be fulfilled.” Wow, what is the fulfillment of righteousness?
The fulfillment of righteousness for a man meant that Deuteronomy 28 was upon your life,
man. The blessings of obedience was upon you. You’re
the head and not the tail…. let’s go on out, above and not beneath.
Your enemies come against you one way, and flee seven different ways.
I will open the heavens and cause it to rain. That’s what God says. It’s amazing! It’s actually Matthew 6:33 – “Seek first the
Kingdom, and His righteousness, and then ALL these
things…..oh, it’s awesome! It’s awesome. So John can sense – what are you gonna do?
Refuse? No way! Jesus came to die, but He had to fulfill
something, before He did, so that the testator could
give us the will, our inheritance, the price He paid, so that we could walk in
that inheritance. Man, this is amazing! So Jesus, Jesus gets
baptised by John, and guess what opened? Guess what opened?
And it says that that day, the heavens were opened,
but it says it was for Him. Why for Him? Because He had to die, to open it for YOU.
(cheers) This is amazing! So Jesus, in the next three
years, He does three and a half years, He does miracle
upon miracle upon miracle. It had to be crazy, it had to be insane.
Yet He says – you know what? – “He who believes in Me,
the same things that I do, and GREATER things are they going to do,
because I’m gonna go and be with My Father.” Oh! What does this mean? This means that we
have way more opportunity than we think. This means that you lack nothing, that you
have all things according to Christ in godliness. Everything is yours – except your past! Why?
Because on that Tree, something happened; so three and a half years later,
Innocence is led up a hill called Golgotha. Why?
Because you were the joy set before Him! You were the joy!
God did it all for us. He did it all for ME! Man, I see this, and I’m excited. It never
changes. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and for
ever. My value is established in the price that
was paid for me. He paid such a high price to get me back,
because He wanted me. So He does that, He pays that price – I’m
worth the blood of Jesus. I’m worth it! So three and half years later, they take Him
up a hill. They lead Him up there. This is the day, THIS is the day that it happened!
They lead Him up that hill…. He gets up there on that tree. He didn’t,
like – no-one took His life. He laid it down, man. He laid it down for
me! (heh, ha, ha!) Every day, He laid it down for me. I see it
every day. And when I see other people that are mad,
that are angry, that are bitter, that are lost, that are hurting – He laid
it down for them! But if I can’t lay my life down for them,
why would they believe Jesus did? So why would I be hurt by them? I need to
be hurt FOR them. They’re lost, and I’m found. I can’t afford
to be offended, or else I’m lost. Life is short, man! People are dying. People
are going to Hell every day, It should matter to us. But when you see who
YOU are, you can’t hold it back any more. Cos Christ in you needs to come out of you.
(Roar!) And when you just explode, and you can’t hold
it back, when the fear of holding Him back gets overwhelmed,
that you can’t do it anymore, Baaaaaaagh! and you just explode! (cheers)
And you watch people get wiped out by the goodness of God,
by the love of the Father, by the intensity of God’s goodness,
and His grace, and His mercy upon your life. So Jesus hangs on that tree, and His last
words out of His mouth are, “It is finished!” It’s amazing – amazing, man! “It is finished.”
What was finished? You striving by your works to get to God.
Jesus opened the heavens, but it was only opened for Him.
So when we come to the revelation of what Jesus did, because, see,
today He’s killed, He’s crucified, and Satan thought he whooped him –
because all he knows how to do is steal, kill and destroy.
He came to Jesus, he tempted Him. He didn’t fall for it, he couldn’t get Him.
He couldn’t get Him, so he cornered – he loves to corner the mindsets of people. So all of a sudden, people were laying palm
branches down in front of the Christ coming into town,
“Hosanna! Wow! Hosanna in the highest! Yeah!” “Kill Him” – a couple days later, man. Minds
are corrupted and twisted and taken away from the simplicity that’s
in the Christ. I understand He HAD to die, He came to die. But don’t let your mind be corrupted and taken
away from the simplicity that’s in the Christ, and don’t bring psychology into this thing!
and think that the Gospel is psychological – because it’s NOT!
It’s supernatural! Psychology can’t wash your mind with blood.
However, you can revisit everything for 35 years, and never get to the bottom of it all;
or you could clean-sweep with Jesus, with the blood of Jesus,
that cleanses your conscience from dead works, in order to serve the living God.
So your conscience can get clean and free, and guilt and shame and condemnation exit
that place. And when the Devil whispers something to you,
all you do is take that thought captive to the obedience of the mind of Christ, because
you fill your heart with truth. You fill your mind with the truth that’s in
the Word of God. And when a lie come, it’s so exposed by the
truth that’s in here. It doesn’t matter. I’m almost done, sorry! I’m kind of sorry….this
is exciting to me. haaaaaaah! I’m gonna go into [Hebrews] Chapter 10 real
quick: For the law, having a shadow of the good
things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices
– never! – take away, with these same sacrifices, which
they continually offer year by year, make those who approach perfect.
For then would they not have ceased to be offered?
For the worshipers, once they were purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins. This is the kicker, man! Jesus…..Jesus paid
a price, cos it says it’s not possible for the blood
of bulls and goats to take away sins. But it says about Christ – and it says that
Christ paid a price to take away even the consciousness of sin.
I’m talking about living with a sin-free conscience, completely.
Guilt and shame and condemnation is from Hell itself – it’s never from God.
It’s always from the Devil – why? The Devil is hopeless, he’s depressed, he’s angry,
he’s bitter, he’s ashamed, and there’s no chance for him.
So all he wants to do – in the Garden He said, “His seed will crush the head of your seed
– That’s what it said – but you’re gonna bruise
His heel.” There are two seeds that are trying to reproduce
themselves. Satan’s seed looks like this: guilt, shame,
condemnation, depression, anger, bitterness, wrath, malice, unforgiveness –
All that stuff – that’s in the seed of Hell. And his Number One thing is to corner Christians
with the reality of all that stuff right here. So that you can do this –
but have no relationship here. And the ONLY thing that cleanses the conscience
is the blood of Jesus, and the cross of Jesus Christ.
There IS no depression in that place, and there is no guilt, and there is no shame.
Jesus washed our conscience clean with the blood. I’m gonna share one testimony, then we’ll
pray. I’m gonna share on the subject of pornography;
and I’m not gonna get into detail, but I’m gonna share on it.
Because it seems to be a rampant problem in the Body of Christ.
And I’m not just saying it because there are people in here –
but if the shoe fits, kick it off! (applause) It just happens to be one of the Number One
downfalls of ministries, of great men of God, and it ought not be;
because when your conscience hits clean – that’s [unclear]no longer in there, man.
So I was a man that was twisted up in that way –
just whacked-out, and just the thoughts, just the stuff, what makes you a man when you grow
up…. What makes you a man is the girl, the pretty
girl – that’s what makes you a man. That’s NOT what makes you a man. So my whole life I’m in that place, and my
conscience is full of it, and I can’t get rid of it, and I don’t want
it! And I hate it – it’s just stupid stuff, man, stupid….horrible
stuff that’s just tearing me up inside. And when I came to Jesus, this thing – this
incorruptible seed – came in here, man. And it wasn’t till the night when I got shot-at….I
told you guys my testimony. I got shot-at, and I went away to Teen Challenge,
and I’m up there, when I knew how horrible that thing was. And I read a scripture in Job – it was Job
31:1, and it says,”I made a covenant with my eyes,
to not look lustfully upon a woman” (And if you’re a woman, that works the same, upon
a man.) So Jesus, like, He steps up the covenant,
and He says, like, “I tell you the truth” He says, like, “You
know you say, don’t [unclear] treat as, when a man cheats on his wife,
now I tell you that adultery is when a man even thinks about it in his heart.” He’s already
committed it. Sheeeeesh! So why would He say that, if He
wasn’t giving us something that we could be free from in that way.
You’re saying, “That’s a big deal, man!” My whole life was twisted with that stuff.
It was so, like, I’d come home, and we get married, and it’s awesome…..
Listen, I’ve lived for nine and a half years, and have never looked lustfully at a woman
for nine and a half years, man. And then people say, “Well, you’re just saying
that – everybody does.” No, you’re wrong. This is a revelation that
I have, and I promise you that it’s available. I PROMISE YOU IT’S AVAILABLE! So I remember being in the van. I was in Teen
Challenge, in my second week there; and I’m like, you know, I’m in my one and
a half months there, two weeks before I left. And there was a jogger that was running down
the road, and all the guys were, like, “Cor, rich!” – just like guys do. And like,
“Check her out, man – whoah, man, wow!” And I’m like, “God, I don’t want this no more!”
and my heart like cried, I’m like, I don’t want this no more….I mean
I really – I don’t want it – like, really don’t want it! Sickening, man. And God, just, He gives me this picture of
this jogger. Like, I remember what she had on and everything.
He gives me this picture of this jogger, with her hands raised and tears streaming down
her face. And I saw her for her created value – because
I was seeing myself for my created value. I was, like, O my gosh! and He gave me that
picture of women for who they’re created to be.
Guys – you don’t have to have that thing – it’s from the fall.
Jesus restored that which was lost. Come on, a sex drive isn’t something you’re
supposed to harness. Harnessing a sex drive just leads to masturbation.
That’s twisted, it’s just as twisted – come on!
Sorry! this is heavy stuff, man. It’s amazing, and it’s intense, and it’s real,
and it’s for you! You can be FREE in that place, man, free in
that place! God hit me in my heart. You know, I came home
from Teen Challenge, and that day we decided we were going to get
married. You know, it was an awesome day.
I remember telling my wife, “I need you to do me a favour”
because my heart was pounding, man, not just because we’re gonna get married,
but because there’s stuff I gotta do. You see, my house was filled with trash!
and I said, “Could you just watch Destiny for a little bit?
I’m gonna go in the house, and I’m gonna do something.”
I didn’t even tell her what I was gonna do. I just went in the house, and God gave me
every nook and cranny – every book, every video, every….all the
trash, all the drugs, all the paraphernalia, all my seeds, all my roaches, all my growing-pots,
all my growing-lights, my hydroponic lights –
Gee, I was messed up! He gave me EVERYTHING, and I filled up a hefty bag, literally, with
junk in my closet. I really did. My conscience was clean. See,
my heart was beating so fast, that I had to get it away, because it was
hurting my heart just knowing it was there. I couldn’t afford to have my daughter find
that stuff. What if my seven and a half year-old found
that stuff? Before, I didn’t even care. Now I thought,
gosh, I gotta get it out there! I take it out back, out the back door of my
trailer we lived in. I walked down the steps, out to the burn-barrel.
I grabbed a sledgehammer, smashed everything! in the trash can, like for real. And I took
gasoline and lit it on fire, poured a trail, in our burn barrel, and burned
it all, man! I burned it all – the sin. The Bible says in Hebrews – it says in Hebrews
5, “By this time you ought to be a teacher,
but you need someone to take you back to the very first principles and oracles of God;
and you’ve come to need milk instead of solid food – for solid food is for the mature,
who are skilled, or who are trained, in the word of righteousness.” This word that I shared with you today: right-standing
with God, the conscience being clean, the blood cleansing
the conscience. It does something in here, man! It does what
it’s supposed to do. And hearts get to a place where, like,
“God, I don’t want – I don’t want this anymore,man,I don’t want this anymore!”
And I encourage you – I don’t care what it is – if it’s cigarettes, man, and your heart
gets violated, your conscience gets clean from them. God will set you free in a second! I’ve watched
people; and one day, just, bang! God just hits their
conscience and sets them free. If it’s drugs, dude, God will set you free.
If it’s depressants, God will set you free – cos the Devil’s depressed.
It’s not just a chemical imbalance, OK? It’s the thoughts of Hell in your mind.
And God wants to crush that stuff, man! He does.
I’ve had altars filled with cigarettes and drugs and all that stuff, man – ALL that stuff! I’ve even had people throw cell phones away
– cos it’s an idol in their life. I’m not asking you to do that! But I am asking
you to put your hands on your heart, and I want to pray for you – cos I promise
you this thing is freedom. I’m not even gonna ask you to stand if that
thing – that pornography thing – is in you, or is around you. Now, I don’t
care how old you are. Man, I’ve met seven year-old kids that are
hooked on it already. If I told you the depth of the reality of
sex trafficking, you would have no idea! If I told you the depth of the reality of
the three year-old full-time prostitutes that people have rescued off the streets,
it would make you sick, man! Way worse than that!
Three years old, full-time, on the street. Grown men, and they’re not my war – the Devil
is. But we can be free in this place, man, free
from this thing! Pornography will get cut off, and grafted
out of you. Cos it’s from Hell – amen? I’m just gonna put my hand on my heart, and
I’m gonna pray for everybody – haha, I love you guys with all my heart, man!
Yes, I AM a freak – you are right! I love Jesus, man. We’re gonna do this thing.
I’m gonna ask God to cleanse your conscience from dead works by His blood,
by the message that was just preached, because He’s good at it.
He’s the only One that can. “So, Father, I thank you,in the name of Jesus,
God – I thank You for Your sons and Your daughters,
God – no matter how young, no matter how old, God.
I thank You for grace, God. I thank You for the blood of Jesus, God –
that washed away our sin, God. I thank You for the conscience being cleansed
by the blood of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, God!
I thank You that pornography and sin, and all that junk that so easily ensnares us,
would be cut off, God; would be grafted out; would be yanked out of the conscience, God. That there would not even be the THOUGHT,
that even the thought of that would violate our hearts in such a way,
where it would tremble us, and shake us, at even the thought of that stuff. Father, I thank you, and I’m asking You, God,
to do a quick work in Your Body, God – a quick work right now,
in the name of Jesus, God. I thank You for no more guilt, no more condemnation,
no more shame, God. I thank You, Father, for the power of the
blood of Jesus. And everybody said, “AMEN” Let’s do it – Come on, everybody, let’s sing
it again! Are you ready? (piano intro) Ready?
“What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
What can make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Oh, precious is the flow, that makes me white as snow!
No other fount I know – Nothing but the blood of Jesus….” (Come on everybody!) “What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Oh, precious is the flow,
that makes me white as snow! No other fount I know –
Nothing but the blood of Jesus….” (again, come on!) “What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Oh, precious is the flow,
that makes me white as snow! No other fount I know –
Nothing but the blood of Jesus….” Father, in the Name of Jesus, God,
I thank You for Your people, I thank You for Your sons and daughters, God,
and the clearing of our conscience from dead works,
so that we can serve the living God, King of all kings!
God, let Your name by glorified and lifted high!
Father, I thank You that today, on dinner break,
we would know the urgency of the Gospel; that we would reach out, and would touch somebody
around us. God, we thank You, in Jesus’ Name – Amen!!
