Try Palo Santo instead! 😊Sage is actually a very harsh cleanser and removes ALL vibes. Like an antibiotic, it will take out everything– even the good stuff that's wanted. That's why its crucial to consciously balance it and bring good vibes back in or after a couple of days it can start to cause feelings of anxiety, emptiness, and just feeling uninspired, lethargic, disconnected, and a sterile feeling. Furthermore, now you have a vacuum that is going to try to fill itself, and the energy of anyone or thing that is in your space (including yourself) and every thought, feeling, argument, etc. is now going to fill the space in an effort to counterbalance. Palo Santo doesn't do that, so I recommend it to people. Just make sure you buy the ethically harvested kind. 😊 Sage is better for big cleansings that happen once in awhile.

I started to cry when I saw you looking in the mirror at yourself with love. This video has made me realise how much I need to slow down my mornings and become more connected with self.

Kate, I'm pretty sure incense and things like that (scented candles etc) are supposed to be bad for animals. You might not want to use that stuff since you have a cute little cat. 🙂

Wow such a peaceful morning! I have had to wake up super early everyday for work (I'm a teacher's aide) and everything just feels so rushed and I have a 7 month old that I have to get ready as well and I take her to her grandma's. Thankfully my boyfriend wakes up with me and he helps even sometimes just gets our daughter ready so I can focus on getting ready myself. I'm changing jobs next week and gonna have more of an afternoon shift part time so I'm hoping to start using these as my morning routines and I won't have to feel so rushed anymore! One cannot "clear the energy" by burning dried sticks. There is no such thing as an "energy field." That is religious nonsense. You can achieve floral smells without burning things. Incense leads to lung inflammation and is a carcinogen. I don't recommend it. It's also a fire hazard. Meditation and gratitude journalism is healthy though.
