Judas Priest - Out in the Cold (Live from the 'Fuel for Life' Tour)

Summer of '86. 18 years old. Just graduated high school, about to leave for the army (which would occupy the next 24 years). Driving across town to Reunion Arena in Dallas in the '81 Z28, trunk full of beer, Turbo Lover in the cassette deck to get wasted in the parking lot with my buddies one last time before seeing Judas Priest on stage. Damn I wish I could go back in time.

I met KK back stage in Victoria, BC when I was working as an usher at the arena. I didn't even recognize him at first as he just walked out in jeans and a T-shirt and walked up to me and was like "What's Happening" . I thought he was just some guy that worked at the arena until he turned around and was walking away, and I realized "Shit that was KK" that just walked up to me. There was nobody else around.

In my opinion this album is better than unleashed in the east. The album is just raw and live unlike unleashed which is studio edited.

This concert was filmed so very well. I also like that the film makers integrated the audience so much, which was pretty rare back in the day. Makes concert footage still look very modern although it is truly a piece of it's time: pure mid 80s MTV-style (I like that style!). It's shame that this concert hasn't been released HD remastered on Bluray yet. The 2003 DVD looks as if they just transferred the old master for VHS and Laserdisc to DVD. 1987 This is clearly not appropriate in the times of huge 4K flatscreens anymore.

I remember hearing JP for the first time. I was about 16 and a friend gave me an 8-track tape of "Hell Bent for Leather." She didn't like it and I plugged it into my car stereo. That was a defining moment of my life because I heard the real metal sound that rock was missing. Dating myself but I've been a hardcore fan ever since. Over time they have evolved their sound but always remained true to the genre. Respect to all other fans of JP as well.

goin to see JP at the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee WI. in May! Last time and proly this time, I will miss Glenn's guitar and attitude!!!
without KK and Glenn it just is not even close!!!

Marvel Cinematic Universe: Prelude to Infinity War

Before creation itself, there existed six singularities of immense power.
