hey guys how's it going praying here today I want to give you guys another deck but not just another deck it is possibly one of the best decks I have ever made it's a priest combo otk deck this is the decklist and most people that just look at the decklist can't actually understand what the combo is I later named this deck Chauncey priest and I think it is the most fitting name I've ever seen for a deck and yes I'm talking about the Pokemon Chauncey the way the deck plays out is very similar to Chauncey you have a hell of a lot of hit points and defense mechanics and at the end of the game you instantaneously win through double-edge it's it's a gigantic burst but you also take a ton of damage so let's just go over the combo so you guys can understand the basics of the deck so first you got to have a new priest legendary Raza so you play this preemptively at some point in the game it's actually pretty fair to keep Raza in your opening hand so the chance that you play this card throughout the game is relatively high the deck also has a lot of draw so getting the combo pieces is actually very consistent and then it's a four piece combo it's a 10 mana combo so it does not require any mana discounts or anything like that very straightforward very clean the idea is you first play spawn of Shadows which when every user here power both players take for damage being the priest you can heal yourself that is your hero power at least originally so you'll still take a little bit less than your opponent you play garrison commander so you can use your original healing hero power twice your opponent will take 8 damage you will take 8 damage but heal yourself for 4 so you'll take 4 they'll take 8 sometimes because this is kind of like the dragon priest shell you do get a lot of chip damages so you know the dragons are very powerful and playing 1 after an efficient board clear which this decks certainly has an ample amount of often enough your opponent will just be at you know 10 15 20 hp so you do not need the full combo a lot of the time but the full combo is up to 32 damage so once you've done a two of those heal priests hero powers you then placer Finley and certainly obviously gives you a random here a power but it's discovered and you use that hero power twice as well so if you need the life differential possibly a hunter which does the most damage or a warrior which has the most defensive one is appropriate but if your opponent is at the full thirty you need to get either the hunter hero power the mage hero power or the druid hero power to do thirty damage with this combo however because of the discover effects excluding an option that has already been presented the chance of getting that is like 80 something percent so even that is actually very consistent so you know almost every time you are going to get thirty damage even though you very rarely need the full 30 and of course he's a hero power twice you both take eight damage once again then you play shadow form and shadow form you hit your upon the face at that point he takes eight you take eight but he also takes twice the shadow forms if he takes another four so that's where the damage comes from obviously the limitation is you also have to be pretty healthy but the really interesting thing about that is that the meta right now is extremely divided between very very slow controlling backs and very very aggressive all-in face decks so they're on one hand there's very there's basically no counters for this deck this deck actually right now craps on the meta now that can obviously change the main big weaknesses of the stack are number one is control warrior controller it plays the control game the deck is fairly aggressive through the Dragons but not aggressive enough in the general case to do much chip damage and once your opponent is passed like thirty to health you have almost no chance of killing him so that's a little bit of a problem I don't think you'll be able to beat any decent draw from a control warrior and you'll also probably lose almost every match against a freeze mage you can beat Reno mages and all the other control majors because you have so many stall mechanic you can just go to the point where it's fatigued and you can ignore their ice block so that's not a problem you can beat every mage that doesn't kill you on in one turn as well but freeze mage kind of does so freeze mage does actually wreck this deck pretty hard now the beautiful part about that is all of the big decks in the matter right now just absolutely murder those two decks so the big decks right now being like a face pirate warrior just destroys control warrior and freeze mage there's also the other control decks Reno warlock just smashes control where you're no chance of that there's dragon priest them because of all the decks stealing and all those kind of mechanics you often actually end up beating freeze mage and counter and freeze mage as well so they every everyone is playing a deck that counters both the decks that counter this one and this is just such a good deck because against the aggressive decks out there you don't need to combo the aggressive decks naturally run out of steam so you just need to be as defensive as possible and this deck is extremely defensive so you know Reno priests and a lot of the Reno decks do pretty well against the face decks but this is a little better than that because it's a combo deck it's not exactly a control deck it has a lot of card draw so the main issue with Reno decks is that they're not very consistent but this deck is actually pretty consistent um they're like against pirate warrior I did get pretty lucky I'm not saying this that counters pirate warrior but I believe my record against pirate worried with this deck is six wins and one loss and the one losses obviously when they draw they're nuts and you don't get a good hand now I think on average had probably been like sixty something percent certainly not like the 80 or so that the win rate represents but still that is unbelievably high because it's so hard to counter those brutal faced decks so yeah it's very good against those and again because the meta is so polarized the very slow the very controlling decks usually have almost no aggressive potential so what ends up happening and those is your combo is very easy to pull off because they cannot damage you you have so many defensive tools and control decks are very very passive you'll almost always be at full health thus your combo can activate whenever you want and basically the case is you'll win against most aggressive decks and you'll win against every single control deck because there's no control deck out there that has this kind of burst and is as consistent as the deck so it's truly a marvel on how amazing this deck worked out to be I saw the combo originally in a reddit post several days ago and and I kind of thought about how to make a deck like that work made it work in arena priest format with lots of draw and man is it a spectacular gameplay when you're when you're playing this deck because you know you can beat everyone and you have this crazy combo but it has so many added restrictions and it's a combo deck but also kind of like a control deck so it just plays on everything I like about this game and I think you will notice that in the games that you know I'm going to show you guys that highlight this deck so please check those out but because do enjoy the deck and I'll see you guys in a little bit you're considered occasionally doing an early stream just that you plebs like me can't in more frequently my net you a few more subs I don't know sure I've considered it just I already stream a lot this is dick run the brain in a deck like this the deck is all about stalling Brant doesn't really help me stall that much bran is mostly value plays and like that I don't care about this sure all right so it's not Rena mage it's got to fire land portals and wrath Ian's not so good right now we have one dragon in the decks cure is gonna give me two cards and I really like to play the bookworm I'm gonna get the last Dragon and the merlok which actually puts me at ten cards which actually is a problem so I guess I can't do that whoa get countered bro that's quite unfortunate crafting a chill mono I don't recommend that I must remain okay I always get a little bit worried playing an acolyte when I'm playing combo deck but just the car wouldn't really be that good no it doesn't draw doesn't really help me still too much wood frost giant work in this deck probably but again it's combo deck lose a lot of that identity once we start going there now if he's got ice block ice block is actually pretty harsh counter I didn't think about cute or only draw the last dragon right have metal on now as we use door that's unfortunate speak to me my hand is too full okay value strike yeah it is what it is do you have the artifact says I have roaring torch in my deck but I'm pretty sure that I got I got counterspell did it still put it in my deck oh no I got spell bender oh no nevermind okay yeah so it's in there I just have nothing to play dude yeah I feel like his deck would have a dirty rat but um I think I'll just win the control game so it's not too big of a deal we're gonna be rich I had to play something I think it's better to play Reno the greater healing potion at least get a body I was at nine cards and I have to play something that doesn't draw so why is shadow formed there combo deck it's just four piece combo and two of them at the bottom of the deck or anything else it's pretty unfortunate I think I'm going to push for the azure drink because I can't push a gesture I they're gonna be rich it only costs money I am almost out of cards that's pretty cool okay I have to play something not to play hmm I can't draw or give him any cards I can't really burn the heel I need the heel dragon potion you think I think you're correct I'm almost out of cards I am out of cards so ice block doesn't save him anymore I think I win what do you mean 29 is how much I have to do should in this game low turn eight right only may have two seven and the last one oh yeah oh boy holy this turn 8 is a myth yeah let's see warrior with daggers yes words we'll just use whatever they can get their hands on do I just win now I think this not having taught meant he would ignore it which would give me a better holy Nova I think this might actually be a little bit of a problem but let's see seriously that's really bad crap should have gone for the one I think it probably should go for the one every time why five man oh one because I kind of need to clear the board I have to board clears same problem his last game I think here if you can't kill me and it's a small chance that he can't kill me but it there's a chance you can't kill me I should win the game for extra I don't believe is have no problem playing an extra I kind of have to save shadow or death for Ragnaros but if you plays Emperor here I'm going to be in a pretty tough spot so that's the main thing that would screw me here if he has Emperor that sucks Emperor I'm in a bit of trouble Rena I can't deal with Regnerus CAIR 10 cards the menagerie is for guests okay it saves me from having to draw shadow form or gives me I know this video is old, but a more fitting chancy deck would be dead man's hand warrior. It has unlimited survivability, and always wins from stalling you out.

I find it odd that I enjoy sitting here and listening to Kripp talk about decks that I will absolutely never get to play.

Interestingly enough, we could say Kripp kinda came up with KfT's Highlander Priest before Shadowreaper Anduin even got released…

But with Chansey you don't double edge… You just minimize, seismic toss, and keep soft boiled for healing, and then the 4th move is up to you. Something like toxic probably.

Wait a minute. So there is a card out there that makes your hero power cost 0. But there also is a card that lets you use your hero power as many times as you want in that turn. What if you play hunter, get those two legendaries from Prince Malchezaar? I'm guessing you would OTK

to counter this deck use ambush(rogue) so the opponement get 3 copies of a card shuting down reno, khazakus and raza but again this only work as rogue
