Dark Souls 2 SOTFS fights with NPCs in NG+8 – The Burnt Ivory King

Hi everybody! This is NG+8 and when summoning NPCs the boss will become stronger. I wanted to take down the bosses with the NPCs and keep them alive but I couldn’t so I used the autohotkey to use “jump attack” easily. Choose enemies that use magic because their attacks take a lot of HP and you need to keep the HP of the NPCs as much as possible before meeting the boss. Ouch! Fire snake! You see normal enemies can also take you down with a few attacks. Maybe 2 gems is enough. Find the magic knight to defeat him first. If I eat this magic, my character will stand to eat fire to death. I always help Lucatiel of Mirrah first because she’s a melee character so I have to keep her HP as high as possible before fighting the boss. Jump attack did not work correctly so it became a strong attack. Looking at the falling items, I still want to collect them all. Run far to keep distance and observe behind. I help Lucatiel of Mirrah as much as possible. At this point, luck was not targeted. I often die from picking the wrong time to recover without looking around. Clean up! I take the time to recover everything. one more enemy will be summoned with the boss but I just focus on the boss and leave everything to NPCs to handle and sometimes failed. I chose the wrong location. Standing behind the boss’ back will usually be safer. He’s stuck so there’s still time to attack. Jump attack takes a little time to recover. There was still an enemy in the back but I left it to the NPC and I took a risk to recover quickly. Just luck! Luckily, the stab didn’t hit. I misjudged the distance. Need to fully charge HP. The hit range is quite wide. I don’t think it will hit me. Lucky! I kept my distance from the enemies to keep away from their aim to recover with the estus flask when HP was greatly lost. Luckily the enemy can also be attacked by boss attack. Take advantage of time to increase weapon strength with lightning. I don’t think I will get hit. After getting enough attacks, the boss will be stunned for a while. When the weapon is buffed, the boss’s attack area is quite wide. Estus flask! Take time to recover. Catch the time he’s numb. I chose the wrong time. Oh! I dodged the wrong moment… Luckily, I’m not dead. The NPCs are attracting his attention and I have to recover quickly. NPCs may be pushed to the abyss but the boss will never fall. The boss’s hit range is quite wide and it’s hard to see the distance when he’s around with NPCs. K.O! I finally defeated the boss but only 2 NPCs were alive. In fact, I tried and died countless times with many hours. Thank you for watching.

Thank you kind warrior. I see now that Lord Zeus must have sent you to grant me forgiveness. Praise to Zeus! Glory to Olympus. Bless the Gods! No! What’ve you done? Zeus commanded that I, Ixion, must be punished. I wronged the Lord of Olympus and lusted after his wife …
