Counterfeit Grace | It’s Supernatural with Sid Roth | Tony Kemp

Is there a supernatural
dimension? a world beyond the one we know? Is there life after death? Do angels exist? Can our dreams contain messages
from Heaven? Can we tap into ancient secrets
of the supernatural? Are healing miracles real? Sid Roth has spent over 35 years
researching the strange world of the supernatural. Join Sid for this edition of
“It’s Supernatural!” Sid: Hello. Sid Roth here. Welcome to my world where it’s
naturally supernatural. I wouldn’t want it any other
way. As you know, I’m a Jewish
believer in Jesus. And when I first became a
believer I wish it was different. But I really wasn’t mentored. I was almost on my own. And the only thing I really knew
was the Bible. And so what did I do? I read the Bible. And then after reading the Bible
I started looking at religion. I mean, and some people would
say, God doesn’t heal today. And I’m thinking, what Bible
were they reading. I don’t understand this. And some people would say, oh,
God is my buddy. Yea God. I come from a Jewish background. God is holy. There’s a reverence. Yes, there’s an intimacy with
Him. I saw no reverence for God. It was just strapping your
seatbelt and go buddy. No. That’s not the God I read about
in the Old and the New Testament. And then I heard, once you’re
saved, no matter what happens you will always go to Heaven,
and if something happens you really weren’t saved. That’s not what this book is
saying. And it’s too late to tell me God
doesn’t heal today. I’ve seen too many miracles. It’s too late to tell me God
isn’t a holy God. He is a holy God. It’s too late for you to tell me
that once I’m saved, nothing can ever stop me from being saved. It’s too late. But there is a spirit of
delusion that is coming upon the church, and I want you warned,
so it doesn’t touch you and it doesn’t touch your loved ones. That’s what we’re going to talk
about today. Hello. Sid Roth here with Tony Kemp. And Tony is my friend. He’s a member of the board. He’s a student of the Word of
God, a graduate of school theology. And Tony, you were telling me
that in the great Azusa Street Revival, which happened early
1900’s, there was a prophecy, which appears to be talking
about today, because it also is talking about Bible scripture. Tell me about it. Tony: Well the apostle Paul
wrote to Timothy in 1 Timothy, Chapter 4. And this is what he said, he
said, “The Holy Spirit is speaking in unmistakable terms
of the last days.” That in the last days, Sid,
“Some shall depart from the faith”. He didn’t say that they would
reject the faith. But Paul said that they would
depart from the faith. In other words, they would
gradually depart from the truth and the grace message of Jesus. And he also told Timothy in the
second letter, that in the last part of the last days, “Some
would not hold on to sound doctrine.” And so here’s the prophecy that
happened in Azusa Street between 1909 and 1910. Here’s what the Word said: “It
shall come to pass in the last days of the great Pentecostal
movement three things are going to occur. One, the people will praise a
God that they no longer pray to.” And remember, the apostle Paul
said first prayers, supplications, intercessions
then giving thanks, and praise and worship to the Father. The second thing he said in this
prophecy is that the leaders, the ministers, the people would
emphasize power instead of right living. And the third thing the prophecy
said was people will emphasize the gifts of the spirit instead
of the lordship of Jesus the Messiah. Now Sid, do we need praise and
worship in the church? Yes. But every single one of us who
are disciples of the Messiah need to have a prayer life. Do we need the power of the
spirit and the demonstration of the spirit in the church? Absolutely. But we need to practice right
living every single day. Do we need the gifts of the
spirit and manifestations of the glory of God? Yes we do. But we need to do so in
submission to the person of Jesus and in surrender to Jesus
and in obedience to the lordship of Jesus the Messiah. Sid: Okay. Tell me. Give me a short definition of
the biblical understanding of grace. Tony: Well first of all, Paul
said to Titus, he says, “The grace of God has appeared to all
men bringing salvation.” At first, when I look at the
grace of God I look at the goodness and the person of
Jesus. But secondly after that, I see
grace as divine influence. And this divine influence causes
me, Sid, when I hear the truth of the Gospel to turn from sin,
against sin and surrender my life to Jesus the Messiah. This true grace emphasizes to me
the need to deny myself, take up the cross and obey Jesus
everyday. In other words, true grace, Sid,
produces a transformation of habits, character and life, and
calls us to become more and more like Jesus as I develop intimacy
with God through Jesus the Messiah. Sid: Okay. What is, and this is the word
that God has given, what is counterfeit grace? Tony: Counterfeit grace in a
word is powerlessness. In other words, if I preach a
message of counterfeit grace I say to you, come to the altar,
receive Jesus as Lord and Savior and God loves you. But I don’t preach a message of
personal deliverance, freedom, liberty, transformation of
habits, character and life. I say to you, because God loves
you, you can just stay in sin. But true grace says, God loves
you and is going to save you from your sins, and change your
life progressively and completely as you submit to
Jesus the Messiah. Sid: You know, this counterfeit
grace message goes so far as to say, because of what Jesus did
at the cross that we don’t have to repent of sin any more once
we get born again .And what about the teaching of once
saved, always saved. I want to talk about that when
we come back. Don’t go away. We’ll be right back to
“It’s Supernatural!” We now return to
“It’s Supernatural!” Sid: Hello. Sid Roth here with Tony Kemp. And Tony, I don’t get it. I have read it’s too late for
me. I’ve read the Bible. I don’t understand how someone
could think, once saved, always saved. Tell me why that’s wrong. Tony: Well first of all, Jesus
said in Matthew 24, speaking to his disciples, he says, “He who
endures to the end the same should be saved.” Jesus is talking to those that
are his followers, his disciples, and he’s saying, you
must obey me to the end of your lives, to go to Heaven and to go
to glory. In addition to that, the apostle
Paul, who was the great teacher of grace, said in Romans 11, he
said, “Remember now, both the goodness and the severity of God
on those that sinned and failed God’s severity came upon them. But God said on you with
goodness, if you continue in this goodness,” meaning continue
to obey the teaching of Jesus the Messiah, he said then, “If
you refuse to obey the teaching of Jesus to the end of your life
and you backslide,” he said, “God will cut you off.” And this is what he said, Sid. He said, if God did not spare
the natural [unintelligible], take heed that God does not
spare you. Sid: That’s what I was reading. I don’t understand. Unless you lift scripture out of
context and do not look at all scripture, that’s the only way
you can come up with that, really. Tony: Not only that, the apostle
of love, John, who wrote the Book of Revelation, God comes to
John and through the person of Jesus by the spirit, and Jesus
begins to talk to the church in emphasis and says, “I have
something against you. You have left your first love. You’ve backslid.” He said, “Repent and do your
first works again.” Then Jesus speaks to John about
Sardis, and this is what he says: “You have a name that
lives,” indicating at one time you were born again, you had a
salvation experience. But Jesus says, “You need to
remember from where you have fallen and you need to repent.” And then Jesus says this: “You
have a few names of Sardis who have not defiled
[unintelligible]. They shall walk with me and
right.” And what Jesus is saying, is you
have some people who are living a clean life, a holy life, a
righteous life before me, and they’re going to glory. Then Jesus says one other thing. He says, “He who overcomes,”
meaning overcomes sin, because Jesus defeated sin, “that same
person will have their name in the Book of Life. But the person who surrenders to
sin and does not continue to follow Jesus to the end,” he
said, “I will block that person’s name out of the Book of
Life.” Sid: Okay. What would you say, and I think
you’ve almost answered the question, to those that say,
yes, you have to repent when you’re saved. But once you do that, since
Jesus already died for all of your sins you don’t have to
repent any more. Tony: Well let’s take a look at
this. Because Jesus speaks, in
Chapters 2 and 3 of the Book of Revelation, to the seven
churches, and to five of those churches he tells them to
repent. In addition to that, you have in
Acts, Chapter 8, Phillip the evangelist preaching, and a
sorcerer by the name of Simon gets saved. And it says there that he gets
saved. Later on, Simon sees the
apostles lay hands upon people and they get baptized with the
Holy Spirit, and [unintelligible]. Ask the apostle Peter if you
give him money, if maybe you can get this power. And he approaches Peter. And this is what Peter says to
him. He says, “Your heart is not
right with God in this manner.” This is what Peter says. He says, “You need to repent of
the wickedness of this thought and ask God to forgive you.” In addition to that, John, the
apostle of love in 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins
God is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to
cleanse us from all that’s not righteous.” Now Sid, it has been said that 1
John was written to Gnostics, a people who taught false
doctrine, but the letters were written to the church. John actually says, Sid, “My
little children.” He said, “You spiritual fathers
who know Jesus the Messiah, you young men who have the Word of
God living in you, you’ve overcome the wicked one, you
children, you spiritual children who know God, that’s who I’m
writing to.” And so it is very clear that the
Word of God teaches us, after we get saved we need to repent
because repentance is the method that God uses to transform your
mind and my mind so that we do the will of God in a way that’s
acceptable, pleasing and honoring to him. Sid: Okay. Tony, what about someone says,
are you saying to me, Tony, I have to be born again twice? Is that what you’re saying? Tony: No, I’m not saying that. Here’s what is the truth. Jesus says to one of the
churches in the Book of Revelation, “You were born
again, but because you chose to sin you spiritually died.” And when a person repents they
can spiritually come back to life. Sid: Some of the counterfeit
grace teachers are teaching either there is no Hell or
there’s something like a Purgatory, a short term Hell,
and then you go to Heaven. What would you say to them? Tony: Well I’m listening to the
apostle of love, again, John, and he says in Revelation 14,
and he also says in Revelation 20, “That the people who are not
found in the Book of Eternal Life, those who have repented,
believe and obey Jesus the Messiah, that they go to the
Lake of Fire and they’re tormented there forever.” Sid: Now what is the Lake of
Fire? Tony: The Lake of Fire is Hell. It’s where everyone goes who
does not obey Jesus to the end of their lives. And allow me to say this, too,
Sid, I want to listen to Jesus, because Jesus said in Mark 9,
and Jesus is speaking to his disciples. He said, “If a person dies in
sin,” and Jesus actually says to the disciples, “If your hand
causes you to sin, cut it off. If your eye causes you to sin,
cut that sin off. If your foot causes you to sin,
cut it off.” Jesus said, “The person who dies
in sin will go into the fire that never shall be quenched.” Sid: Why is Tony, why is he so
passionate over this? Because the Bible says it. Why is he so passionate over
this? Because he had a vision of the
Lake of Fire. He had a vision of Hell. And I want him to tell us about
that when we come back. Don’t go away. We’ll be right back to
“It’s Supernatural!” We now return to
“It’s Supernatural!” Sid: Hello. Sid Roth
here with Tony Kemp. And we’re talking about an
amazing end time move for the devil. It is one of the major heresies
to ever hit the church, and it’s spreading throughout Christian
television and Christian radio, and books and conferences. It’s called the counterfeit
grace message. Now Tony, people would say, wait
a second, Tony, you’re saved by grace, not by works. What are you talking about? Tony: Well here’s what I would
say. I would say that grace is the
influence of God in my life, the presence of God in my life and
the power of God in my life. And grace produces genuine
repentance. Where I bring to Jesus the fruit
of repentance, grace produces right living everyday, and grace
produces intimacy with the person of Jesus and with God the
Father. Sid: I like that kind of grace. Tony: Amen. Amen. Grace is powerful. Grace causes people to be safe
from their sins, delivered from darkness. Grace causes people to walk in
holiness, causes God to enjoy his sons and daughters, and
grace enables you to enjoy God like never before. Sid: What would you say to
someone that says, but wait a second, Tony, you can’t get away
from God’s grace. Tony: I would say this. I would say that the Word of God
says that you can fall from grace. And the apostle Paul said in
Galatians 1, he said, “I marvel that you are so removed from him
who called you into the grace of the Messiah. And talked about it to those
Galatian believers who decided to backslide, and he actually
makes this phrase. He said, “You have fallen from
grace.” Now listen, Sid, I’m going to
listen to the apostle Paul. I’m going to listen to Jesus who
told people that they had to obey him to the end. Sid: Well listen, these false
teachers use the scripture. There’s no condemnation. They say, let’s just preach
love. That’s the only way people will
come to know Jesus. Let’s get this condemnation
business gone. In fact, God says there’s no
condemnation in Messiah Jesus. Tony: Well let’s talk about
love. Because in the Book of
Revelation, Chapter 3, Jesus addresses the church in
[unintelligible]. And this is what he says: “As
many as I love, I rebuke and correct.” He said, “[unintelligible] and
turn from sin.” That’s my first response. Here’s my second response. Jesus, because he loves us,
Jesus represents the Father. What father has a son or
daughter that he doesn’t correct or chasten, or bring into
character development. And so when we receive the
correction of God we receive the direction of God, and we come
into character development with just holiness. Sid: Okay. But the scripture actually says,
Tony, there’s no condemnation for those that are
[unintelligible]. Tony: Romans 8:1 says this:
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in
Christ Jesus who do not walk after the flesh, but walk after
the spirit. For the law of the spirit of
life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and
death.” Sid: So they leave the last part
of the verse out. Tony: And that’s what makes it a
counterfeit message, because God sent his son to condemn sin and
the flesh. And when I surrender to his son
Jesus, the righteousness of the teaching, the instruction, the
law fulfilled in me as I walk in and by the power of the spirit. Sid: You had a vision, multiple
visions of the Lake of Fire, of Hell. Tell me what you saw. Tony: Well it all began in 1989,
where I had an out of body experience. An angel came to me and I was
taken to Heaven. But as I was on my way to
Heaven, I saw the souls of those that were departing Earth, and
they went into a portal toward the Lake of Fire. Later on in the mid to late
1990s, I had two visions. And I saw the Lake of Fire,
fire, brimstone. And then God Almighty took me up
close to one individual who was hanging in the fire and
suffering, tormented because of disobedience and rebellion to
the Word of God, and because they did not live for Jesus the
Messiah. Sid: Hell is real to you. Tony: It’s real. Sid: Hell is real. And I’ll tell you what concerns
me the most, you know, Tony, and audience, what concerns me the
most is people that are in sin that aren’t concerned about the
sin that they’re in. I mean, I talked to someone
recently that is a homosexual, and this person didn’t seem to
be bothered one iota. Do you know why she wasn’t
bothered? She is this close to having her
conscience seared. And once your conscience is
seared you cannot be convicted of sin by the Holy Spirit. The counterfeit grace message
says that the Holy Spirit doesn’t convict you of sin under
the New Covenant. You just don’t know the Bible. I’m concerned about you that are
involved in the sin of pornography. I’m concerned about you that are
involved in the sin of drugs and addiction. I’m concerned about you that are
having sex outside of marriage. I’m concerned about you that are
involved in the new age. Do you know how close you are to
having your conscience so singed, so seared that you won’t
be able to repent. But you would not watching this
show right now if you had crossed the line. Repent. The Kingdom of God is now. Repentance means turn from your
sin, believe that the blood of Jesus washes you away when you
repent, and turn to God for the power to be free. The Messiah says, “You shall
know the truth.” He’s a person. His name is Jesus. “You shall know the truth and
the truth shall set you free.” Choose life. You do not know when your end
will come. As smart as you are, you do not
know when your end will come, and I don’t want to see your
conscience seared so you can’t repent. It will never be easier than
this moment, never easier than this second. Make your peace with God right
now in Jesus’ name. Sid: Next week
on “It’s Supernatural!” What if in your home when,
you’re praying, there were enemies in the invisible world
whose assignment is to stop your prayers from getting even to the
ceiling? What if you could get rid of
those invisible enemies and have an open Heaven for your prayer.

AL 3:1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

GAL 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

GAL 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

GAL 3:4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

GAL 3:5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

GAL 3:6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

GAL 3:7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

GAL 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

GAL 3:9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

GAL 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

GAL 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

GAL 3:12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

GAL 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

GAL 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

GAL 3:15 Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.

GAL 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

GAL 3:17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

GAL 3:18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

GAL 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

GAL 3:20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

GAL 3:21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

GAL 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

GAL 3:23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

GAL 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

GAL 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

GAL 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

GAL 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

GAL 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

GAL 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Well said. Amen, Amen. God is holy and to have pass into His glorious house when we leave this Earth – the next moment on which is not guaranteed…..(Luke 12) – we have to be holy (Hebrews 12:4) too. I don't believe everything I hear – I don't care who it is….but this discussion is crucial for any comfort (Revelation 3:14 – 22) society to hear (Luke 13:27). Thank God for it. (Ezekiel 18:23 and Ezekiel 33:11)

Stop by my page and listen to my original prophetic songs:) wholehearted worship that points to Jesus Christ. Comment subscribe

Wow- this sounded so pious. Justification by faith AND MY OBEDIENCE. Don't let these "vision seeing" idiots fool you. We are justified by faith alone in Christ alone + NOTHING.

Rom 3:19  Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
Rom 3:20  Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Rom 3:21  But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
Rom 3:22  Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
Rom 3:23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 3:24  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Rom 3:25  Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Rom 3:26  To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
Rom 3:27  Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
Rom 3:28  Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Joh 5:24  "I tell you the truth, those who listen to My message and believe in God who sent Me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.

Jesus said it. What's the debate here?

The Apostle Paul wrote more about grace than any other NT writer he wrote both these passages…I will let them speak
 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 (NKJV)
24  Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. 25  And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. 26  Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air.
27  But I discipline my body (my flesh/carnal nature) and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified.

Titus 2:11-15 (NKJV)
11  For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12  teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13  looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14  who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
15  Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.

Paul understood that he could be disqualified and that the real Spirit of Grace will teach us to be holy….not wordly….

Faith without works is DEAD. Show me your works and I will tell you what manner of faith you have. IF your works have ANY SIN, your faith is DEAD and you are a son of satan who was a sinner since the beginning.

Your works must be PERFECT in order for your faith to be PERFECT.

My works is Jesus Christ on the cross. There are no other works! Everything else is FILTHY RAGS SIN!

the truth is do you have peace with god now and fellowship in his presence now,,,if not seek him he will cover you while you wait for that peace while you persue his love confess known sin trust Isaiah 50,10  ,,,,,,,no one who takes refuge in the lord will be condemed

Counterfeit grace is a "works based" grace!  Paul said,"if it be by "works" then grace is no longer grace! Believing that you can save yourself or "keep" yourself saved is also "counterfeit grace"! Paul said, that when sin abounds "grace" super abounds!! That says to me that God's grace is more powerful then your/my sin!!  But Paul also says that just because grace abounds when there is sin,or in spite of sin, does Not mean that we should sin or keep on sinning because grace abounds!
We were all sinners, dead in sin,in and part of the kingdom of darkness, when God saved us! In the worst possible condition that we will ever be in!  What happened when we received Jesus while we were in that condition? Remember, we did not just sin,we were a "sinner",totally lost and in the "wrong" kingdom and the "holiness" issue, you know,"the sword of damocles"that people love to hold over everyone's head(another"work based program"),was also TOTALLY non-existent in your/my life! I know the Word says without holiness no one will see God,I am NOT minimizing holiness but just showing the state that we were in, 'll address that in a moment. What happened? Did He say that you have "too much sin",you are not holy enough, forget it?  Did He say,"get the sin out of your life and get back to me,don't call me I'll call you?  No! He excepted you in that very condition,a dirty rotten sinner!  So, now that you became a son/daughter of His, now when you sin even if it is time and time again,NOW after all of that, all of a sudden He will "reject" you and send you to hell?  I got a "bridge" to sell ya!  It was "all" up to "Him",what He did for you,AND to "save" you BUT after you are saved,NOW it is "all" up to you so that you are/stay saved?  So He just died so that you would have a "chance" to be saved but it is really up to you if you get/stay saved?  Kind of like a "raffle ticket",you "have one" but it is never a "sure" thing because you "just" have a "chance" nothing really ever "happened" to you!!
Well maybe in the case of the "raffle" but not in the case of "salvation/the new birth! With that at least 3 things "did" happen to you!
#1 God,not you,"translated you out of the kingdom of darkness "into" the kingdom of his dear son"
#2 God,not you,"made you a "new creation"(a species that did not previously exist)!
#3 God,not you,"sealed you with His spirit UNTO(or all the way UP TO) the day of redemption! This "seal" is not just a seal of "approval, but a seal like a "brand"denoting ownership! "For you are not your own,you have been "bought" with a price",with the precious blood of Jesus!  All of this was done to you/us by God and God says,"can a leopard change it's spots or an Ethiopian the color of his skin"? "For I act and "who" can reverse(or undo) it? Short answer? No one!! Not even you! If that is true, certainly not "your sin"! Sin is not "more powerful" than God! Nor is it the "most powerful thing" in the universe! Certainly not as powerful as the blood of Jesus that some would lead you to believe, that "sin" can "undo" what God did as if almost anything can!
As promised let's look at holiness! Whoops, almost forgot, the list goes on! We also became His "body" not symbolically or just spiritually but actually, even though it is somewhat a mystery. Paul says,"Should a man "make Christ's members" one with a harlot? God forbid"! A man could not make Christ's members one with a harlot unless the man was "first" one with Christ! "For we "are His body",Paul said! He "is" "our" elder "brother" because we were, (God "birthed us"),born-again(begotten from above) and are now "one "with/in Him! Justified, sanctified,(no it is not an ongoing process, sanctified means "to be set apart" unto the Lord) that happened the minute we got born-again!  Now growing and maturing and even sinning less,is an ongoing process. The "holiness" of God is like the "righteous" of God! It is not a "goal" but a "state of being", by once again, what He did to us,with us, and for us! We "are" the "righteousness of God" in Christ Jesus! Not "our" righteous,"His" righteousness! I am not positive, but I believe some would call it "imputed" and/or "declared to be " righteous by God's judgement or decision! A "legal" right standing! NOT by works(which can not be deserved),but by "grace",given anyway! Jesus said,"be holy,be perfect"! A "state of being" not an "act of doing"! Abraham "believed" God,and it (his believing) was credited to him as righteousness! As "if" it "was" a righteous actor work!  If we are in Christ and He is in us,what does that mean? Is Jesus holy? What does that make us then? The Word of God says"As He is so are we in this world"! This is NOT a "performance based statement"anymore than "being perfect as my Father in heaven is perfect" could be!  Well ,was/is Jesus holy because He does holy acts or does not sin? No,He did not sin and did holy acts "because" He was/is holy! A state of being, not as a "result" of "not sinning" or doing something to "attain" it!  It can and is the same as "all" that God gives us it is from Him,not from "our" "collecting"points, until we we can cry "BINGO"! I "am not" saying that it does not matter if we sin and just do anything that you want,no one is going to buy that anyway! We are "definitely told" not to sin many times, and again,am not saying if you sin it is ok or it does not matter!  What I am saying is that "every good and perfect gift come from God",and a gift that is or can be "earned" is not a gift, it is "payment due" us!
Some would say,Well, what if you fall out or walk out,or jump out of Christ then what! I say you can always walk away from what you are "suppose" to be doing, can walk away from who you are "suppose" to be,and walk away from your destiny! But to walk away from Christ who is in you is like trying to walk away from you! Wherever you are, wherever you go,wherever you try to hide,"there you are! You can no more walk away From "Christ in you the hope of glory",then you can walk away or "out" of yourself!! I am not talking about what you do,I am talking about who and what you are and who and what God made you! "That is" who and what you are! Sorry, there is no A.W.O.L. in God's kingdom!!
Sounds to me that what matters the most is not what Jesus did to and for you or what God did to and for you but what you do for you "after you get born-again? So the only value of being born-again is that you get your "chance" to be saved? Sounds to me like the 10 commandments revisited! Do good get good,do bad get bad!! That is 100% works with no grace! That is you getting what you "do" deserve! Grace on the other hand is God giving you want you "do not" deserve and did not, and in fact, can not work for (salvation/eternal life)! Mercy is God "not" giving you what you "do" deserve(hell)!  So if God "does not" give you what you "do" deserve and "does" give you what you "do not" deserve then how can you deserve to "lose" what you do not deserve? "Mercy triumphs over JUSTICE"!!  "By GRACE "through"faith"! Not By faith! By what He has done, not by what "you" have done!  Now that my friend is the "REAL GRACE"!
The most important thing "before" you get born-again is "what you do" with what He has done! The most important thing "after" you get born-again is "what he does" with what you have done!! He said that,"i will "never" leave or forsake you!! Yes, you can "forsake Him but He will "never" forsake you!! Praise His name!!
P.S.- If sin OR "cheap grace" sends one to hell, then,"See you at the "barbecue"!!

Azusa St revival was the beginning of the evil Pentecostal movement.
Don't get involved with the Pentecostal movement. As these guys say, it is purely evil. It is a counterfeit church.

That is discrediting Jesus Christ finished work on the cross. He is saying Jesus blood is not good enough to cleanse all your Sin. So you need to work your way to salvation.  Repentance is necessary, but that is for God to reward your good works. This got nothing to do with getting saved. If what he preach is true, how the robber on the cross is going to get saved, without any good works to show, only blieve Jesus is the Christ !  He is preaching something not right. During the Judgement seat of Christ. All your works on earth will be judged, it will be burned, and those that are good will receive a reward.

My issue is that you claim that this is a false teaching of grace that you don't want the body of Christ to be deceived by, yet you are charging for the materials. Thats like knowing a horrible event is about to happen and only alerting the people who paid to know. That's like getting a tip that 911 was about to happen and only alerting those you are cool with.

We ARE created to be God's buddies, we are born again as His sons, crying "Abba/Daddy!" The heartbreak of sin once came against even that possibility, but we didn't understand, the Father knows Satan doesn't play fair. So He sent His Son, the Saviour to correct that situation! The 'emphasis on power' warning is against choosing a dominating "God of forces" (political correctness?), operating in machismo instead of niceness…ignoring the sweet compassion of the Holy Spirit of Love. Keeping the Commandments is paramount because they are God's handbook on how to treat other beings & love, not harm them. This very issue is the reason an evangelist like Ray Comfort emphasises the 'First Admit You're A Sinner' approach. People need to know if they're really saved yet…if they are indeed grafted into the True Vine. They can't be thinking they are, & worse, telling their friends & family that or pretending in Church, until they're in a web of the most embarrassing, hard-to-confess deceitfulness. The answer is as Jesus often said: "What spirit are you of?" He talked to Nicodemus of God being like the wind, invisible, yet with effects you can experience. He said a tree is known by its fruit. Both analogies involve an eventual & obvious outworking…the first with the Direction you are blown, the second with the Deeds you are seen to produce. Wait & see, & a person will show which side they're on in the Battle of Good vs Evil! Divisive catch-phrases masquerading as "warnings" may be doing more harm than good, making believers look over at what someone else is doing or needs to be told. Each of us needs to get our own act together & check out all the Scriptures in the Holy Spirit's Rhema guidance. Remember the title of Satan is the "Accuser of the Brethren". It's not God's Spirit, nor "grace" when we let a spirit blow through us that criticises & judges. We are to be filled with the "joyful spirit of a sound mind" that empowers us to love & encourage, & look for merit, walking in the light & attracting others to it. Sure, get your teaching right: there is a Hell, for instance. People like Mary K Baxter had Jesus with them when they were shown it, & she never stops mentioning Him. I want to see an emphasis on knowing Him: "The Testimony of Jesus" & "The Spirit of Prophecy" are one & the same thing. I think we may be seeing the rising up of a very wrong brand of false teaching that is trying to accomplish the very thing it claims to be against! The 'atheist' sceptics have "catch phrases" that attack God's people. This "once saved always saved" issue has that ear-mark, there are Scriptures that truly address this, which we should each search out so we are sure within ourselves!

No Tony no Sid it's too late to tell me about your LORDSHIP SALVATION, I have been Saved by Grace through Faith; That NOT of MYSELF: it is THE GIFT of God: NOT of WORKS, lest any man should BOAST.

If I gave you a gift and said that you must do something for me to get the gift, it is NO longer a gift is it? If have to WORK for it! If I have to surrender my life to Christ to receive his gift of Salvation then it would be all about “ME” and MY WORKS(Boastful) and NOT about JESUS CHRIST FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS/RESURRECTION FROM THE GRAVE!
The Word “Repent of Sin” is not Found in the Bible! Why? Because Repenting of Sins Is WORKS Salvation! I do Not Surrender my Life or do good WORKS for Jesus to Get Saved, I surrender my Life to Jesus Because I am Saved!
Can you show me a verse in the Bible that says I must Surrender my life, Repent of my sins, Obey to the end, Turn away from my selfish ways to be Saved?

"Why is Tony so passionate about this" because he is a demon who had a vision from his Home HELL!

I am concerned about you who are listening to these demons, There Satanic Theology Contradict Scripture and is very easy to refute!

"Sid said that Repent means to "Turn from your sins"

“Repent” means Metanoeo “Change your Mind!”

God Repented 35 times! MORE than Anybody in the KJV BIBLE, Does God “Repent of his sins” NO because he has NO sin.
God is simply changing his mind!

Jonah 3:10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God REPENTED of the evil, that he had said that he would DO unto them; and he DID IT NOT.

The WORKS that God saw was that they TURNED from THEIR EVIL WAYS, so when Tony/Sid tell us that we need to stop sinning and Turn from are evil ways. what the are really saying is that we need to believe Jesus and WORKS! BLASPHEMOUS!

What did God do? He Repented(Changed his mind)

Acts 17:30-31 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

(Jesus Speaking)Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

The bible is telling Non-believers to Repent(change your mind) from worshiping/trusting Idols, false gods, UNBELIEF in Jesus to BELIEVING on Jesus Christ alone, Turn from the denial of the Truth, to acknowledging the Truth! Put your Faith in Jesus Christ to save you, Believe the Gospel!

Praise The Lord the Bible is very clear on Salvation!

John 1:12-13 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 3:18 He that BELIEVETH on him is not condemned: but he that Believeth NOT is condemned already, because he hath NOT Believed in the name of the only begotten SON of God.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 1:16 For I am NOT ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto SALVATION to every one that BELIEVETH; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt BELIEVE in thine HEART that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be SAVED. For with the heart man BELIEVETH unto RIGHTEOUSNESS; and with the MOUTH confession is made unto SALVATION.

1 Peter 1:8-9 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet BELIEVING, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your FAITH, even the SALVATION of your SOULS.

Acts 16:30-31 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be SAVED? And they said, BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt BE SAVED, and thy house.

This is whats going to happen to Tony and Sid If They Don’t Repent In Faith, Stay away from their Damnable heresies!

Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many WONDERFUL WORKS? And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU: depart from me, ye that WORK INIQUITY.

God Bless

SALVATION, initiated by grace, finished by works. God gave us these hands, mouth, mind, foot, to externalized what grace done inside our heart as long as we live, Although the thief on the cross saved by the grace of Jesus for last few hour. We are SAVED THAT WORKS not SAVED+works

I've watched this video twice and it completely makes sense to me. I've seen different pastors who preach on Grace once you accept Jesus as your Saviour, but I'm noticing that some pastors are not telling new believers that once you accept Jesus as your Saviour your Talk should match your Walk. Meaning if I accept Jesus and I'm being reborn, I should be getting closer to God and wanting to live a righteous life and trying to imitate Jesus as much as possible. Some people believe that once they are saved they can live any type of lifestyle meaning, still drinking, drugs, sex before marriage, and adultry and to me isn't that taking advantage of Grace, because once you become and Christ follower you're suppose to grow closer with God and living more Holy, meaning you shouldn't be going backwards but forward in you're intimacy with Jesus Christ.

Thank you Sid for all that you do. I 100% support your theological views about holiness & Godliness. I don't watch your videos too often and to be honest the last couple times I've watched your show the only thing I remembered was an old man getting super spazzy about miracles (that's a compliment seriously).

But this message spoke exactly to where I was at, and it led me to an encounter with the God of love and holiness, and because of this fresh encounter with Him I now understand afresh what it means to turn from sin and turn to Him. Bless you brother, keep up the spontaneity and sound doctrine haha.

Count me to yet another testimony of a supernatural encounter from watching your videos. Bless you man.

It amazes me how many people think that "their will" is more powerful than the blood of Jesus and can even "undo" what God did to them at the time of the new birth! Not to mention that they must also believe that SIN is the most powerful force in the universe because it can ALSO undo both of the above!!
HOGWASH!!! One,no one,is more powerful than God and can NOT change what HE did to them!!

Sid "read the Bible" … and misinterpreted the Bible … and ignored Biblical hermenuetics and theology … and 2000 years of solid Christian theology by Biblical scholars. Now he's the blubbering theological mess that he is. God help his poor audience.

So many Christians talk like if they were in the Old Covenant. It's over people, Jesus won. We are saved by Grace, apart from the Law.

We have become a new creature in Christ. We are dead to sin and alive to God. All of this by the grace of God thru Christ's atoning work. It is not the idea of the old self trying to do right. It is the new man in Christ who lives unto God. It is always the old man who makes it a matter of choice. When he is crucified, it is only "yea and amen" even as it is with Christ. It is Christ in us, the hope of glory. Reckon yourselves therefore dead to sin, and alive to God. That is our victory thru Christ Jesus.

Be not the foolish virgins if you love your soul and hope to be counted worthy at his blessed appearance the you should scrutinize this message to the uttermost degree ,don't get left behind if you're wrong and you think once saved always is correct you betting your soul on an imposed understanding of scripture push off by Satan through seminary colleges .This apostate church doctrine is the one bible warns of witch starts the great ''APOSTASY'' aka falling away in the church people given way to seducing spirits .

A then most of you people are replying wrongly or did not watch this video in it's fullness No one is talking about being saved through works, … ONLY THAT SALVATION HAS CONDITIONS WHICH YOU MUST ADHERE TOO OR BE CAST OUT LIKE THE ANGLES OR be cut off like THE NATURAL BRANCH OR EVEN HAVE YOUR NAME BLOTTED OUT THE LAMBS BOOK OF LIFE HELL IS FOR ANY ONE who choose even Christians as stated in these verses ''Matthew 25 '':30 cast ye unprofitable servant into outer darkness where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin after we receive the knowledge of the truth there remain NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Isn't so beautiful that God so love us he sent his only "begotten" son to die for our sins .And now people are now abusing this fact by saying doing what is right is a work and now if I don't abstain from sinning it's ok I'm under the blood if I wanna be a homosexual it's ok I'm under the blood. if I steal its ok I'm under the blood if I can't stop lying it's ok I'm under the blood.Yes your are under the blood your own blood and this he will require at your hands at judgment day because you refuse to scrutinize his gospel and did not properly weigh his judgment against sin and the proper application it against Christian. But you rather regurgitate imposed doctrine on scripture by this harlot Church which bring the "GREAT"apostasy.Which most of you saying can't happen by saying once saved always saved .

I have some questions to ask on this video. If we know that Yahweh is love and full of compassion, righteous and qodesh, then why will He condemn me for eternity for an offence I committed in my finite time on earth? If I am born in a non Christian family, e.g. born into Hinduisms, Islam, Atheism etc, it means I would die and burn in hell forever. However, I didn't chose where I should be born. So why will a loving God allow my poor soul to be born in weakness and surrounded by temptations if I will die and be burnt forever? Is it not better not to have been born? Finally, those who have been drawn to Yeshua in this life, are they of better character than those who have not? There ate many questions to this doctrines of Gods judgement and all. I believe we still don't understand what the judgement of God is all about. Why would God restore Sodom and Gomorrah after destroying them (Ezekiel 16)

I have never heard the counterfeit grace that Tony Kemp and Sid Roth say is being preached-it possibly is, but I have never come across it. So, I got saved by the Truthful Grace through Faith preached and taught by Elohim in the Scriptures. I believe, with  Passion, and I believe this to be the Passion of Yashua, that neither I nor  anyone else , Saved under this Grace, can lose their Salvation. Why?- because Elohim does not break a Covenant He has made within Himself as He teaches in His Word.  I would  read every Scripture seeking the Truth of the Word in this Light and  trust Ruach Ha Kodesh to teach me.

So, It is my understanding, that anyone who thinks they have been born from above after accepting the counterfeit grace that Sid Roth and Tony Kemp speak of , well they simply  have not been born from above and never were. They need to be saved by the Grace found in Elohim through His Faith, His Faithfulness. I understand  these two definitions of Grace and Faith to be scripturally accurate: "Grace is pitching your tent with Elohim and Him pitching His tent with you."  Faith is " being washed by and growing in His Word".

Finally I am seeing this dealt with, but it is a little too late. This has been taught by Luther and Calvin, to justify their own evil actions and everyone of those teachers have also used this doctrine as a means to only justify their own actions and changed Christianity from the original to the mess of today.

Grace is never an excuse to change the truth of the commandments. But so many grace preachers do this very thing. I've seen it from so many people in the last 30 years that they will go so far as to say that adultery is not even adultery nor is there any punishment for the Christian who commits such things.

Should we sin that grace may abound? God forbid.

Heb 10:26-31 states that Laws of Moshe shows us what sin it "Breaking the Law/Torah of God/YHWH" and if we sin "Willingly" we are slapping Yashua / Jesus in the Face and our Salvation is Null and Void. This means those who teach the Torah / Laws of YHWY / God is not for Christians then they are willingly sinning due to they refuse to follow Yashua / Jesus role model of following all of YHWY / GOds Laws this includes the 10 commandment and the Sabbath is on Saturday (No where in scripture does it change the day …. The Catholic Church and Constantinople changed it). Salvation til the end of life, if you have repented thru the true Gospel of Knowing you are a sinner via breaking YHWH' Laws, and not Obeyiing Yashua's Commandments … Yashua is The "Word of GOD" per Chapter 1 of John, when that was written the ONLY Word of YHWH was the Tanakh / Torah what you call the OT. So when someone says the "Law of God/YHWY was nailed on the Cross … why didn't Yashua / Jesus say that "Clearly" post the Cross? No all the Laws are to be followed. The only exception are those we can't do at this time … example those which are r/t the Temple due to there is no Temple. USA has millions of Laws, YHWH has only 613 and start with the 10.

The good news is once we believe the gospel he with us for all eternity, the moment we believe. We are not waiting to find out if we made it, we know we already seated in heavenly places, he truly does loves us unconditionally, he leads us and guides us, comforts us in the midst of our sin. This why we can be real with him, not run from him, share our heart, fears, doubts, everything with him, because he is truly with us forever. We get to spend this life getting to know our Heavenly Father until we see him face to face. The revelation is not trying to become holy, the revelation is realizing how wicked we all truly are and could never be holy and righteous, which is why we need Jesus to take our place and offer us his righteousness, his Spirit, the incorruptible seed.

This is why everything is done in love and not fear, because we know the Father is with us, and the more we grow to understand his love and acceptance for us, the more we reflect his heart to the world, and will see some reduction of sin in our lives. The motive should never be, " I am doing this, or giving up this so I can make it to heaven." The motive and focus should be the love and acceptance the Father has for us, which will begin to fill our hearts as we go deeper and deeper understanding our assured inheritance in him, which will in return cause us to see things with his eyes and heart, and allow us to lose the desire for some of those old habits that once gave us meaning, purpose, and fulfillment; because now we find those things solely in him.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.”
Ephesians 2:8-9

“And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.”
Ephesians 1:13-14

“And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,”
Ephesians 2:6

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”
1 Peter 1:3-5

“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. We love because he first loved us.”
1 John 4:18-19

Hebrews 10

We must understand why the law was given, it was given to bring us to the end of ourselves, to make us realize we could never perfect enough to be holy as God. The law was given as a tutor to lead us to Christ. That's why it is called the ministry of condemnation and death.

“Now if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, transitory though it was, will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious? If the ministry that brought condemnation was glorious, how much more glorious is the ministry that brings righteousness!”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:7-9‬ ‭

“But the Scripture imprisoned everything under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. Now before faith came, we were held captive under the law, imprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed. So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian, for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:22-26‬ ‭ESV‬‬

One must understand when Jesus walked the earth he taught the covenant that was in effect which was still the old covenant "the law" it wasn't until he died that the new covenant was instituted. Jesus was preparing the hearts of the people for the new covenant, to come to the end of themselves and realize there is no other for salvation only by believing and trusting in his finished work. This is why he proved he was the only one holy and capable of redeeming us. This is why the sermon on the mount was an amplification of the law in Matthew 5-7, this is why Jesus made the statement "be as perfect as God" it is an impossible demand, hoping they would come to realize they can't do it. Jesus wanted them to see the truth as well us that we must trust in his finished work. We don't need good works before salvation or after salvation. We need to continue rest in him and acknowledge how much he truly loves and forgives us.

“Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.””
‭‭John‬ ‭6:29‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“Let me ask you only this: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith? Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭3:2-3‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Only when we begin to rest in this truth we will begin to do the works God set for us to do before foundation of the world, Ephesians 2:9-10. These works are not for his love and acceptance the works we do are because we know he loves and accepts us. Yes sometimes we get tripped up and make horrible decisions but that does not mean our loving father abandons us, especially after he went through so much trouble to redeem us. As we grow to know our God we gradually lay our lives down out of love not fear. God was not playing games when he said it was finished, he now has a people to call his own forever, regardless if they obey or not, yes it would do us great benefit to obey him in our lives and for maturity in our faith. But if it is done to earn salvation or stay saved the motives are wrong and we are actually sinning while trying to good.
“……..For whatever does not proceed from faith is sin.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭14:23‬ ‭ESV‬‬

The devil does not care if you are doing good or evil as long as you don't truly believe the gospel he is winning. That's why Mormons, jehovah witnesses, Islam, are all trying to do good works but unaware they are operating under the lie of the devil, eating from the same "tree of the knowledge of good and evil" that Adam and Eve fell for.

This is what Hebrews 10 is all about

For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries. Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses. How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has trampled underfoot the Son of God, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace? For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”Hebrews 10:26-31

If it is true that Hebrews is talking about sinning willfully in the context of doing bad then everyone is going to hell. Because everyone sins willfully. We are flawed human beings because of Adam. Let's face it Sometimes the flesh wins. as the believer matures in the free inheritance they have been given in Christ, which is God himself. there will be some reduction of sin, but never all of it. As we grow to know the love of God more our hearts become fuller which gives us the power to say no when temptation arises. If we are not growing and maturing in the inheritance we have and love of God we our hearts are not being filled and we began to do things in our own power rather than out of a heart of a love. Which in our own power will end in disaster. But even though God still works with us and teaches us in the midst of our sin.

In its proper context the whole book of Hebrews was written to show and prove to the Hebrews that Jesus was the end of the law and sacrificial and temple rituals. It was written to show that Jesus was higher than Angels, Abraham, and the Levite priesthood. In Hebrews 10 the sin the Hebrews kept getting entangled with and willfully doing was going back to the law and temple ritual sacrifices instead of trusting in the perfect sacrifice of Christ. They were not trusting that Christ sacrifice was enough! That's why the writer says earlier in Hebrews 10:14"For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.” And also states why the Israelites perished in Hebrews 4 because of unbelief. “Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:”‭‭ Hebrews‬ ‭4:6‬

some of these Hebrews received the knowledge of the truth of salvation and did not follow through and turn back to Judaism, there were many consequences for rejecting Jesus sacrifice, because there is no other sacrifice that can make us righteous, “For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries” (Hebrews 10:26–10:27ESV). those who are truly saved and turned back to a religious system are still saved but risk being mentally cut off from God and fall from grace like the Galatians ,Galatians 5:4, The author expected them to know the fundamentals of the Gospel to turn from dead works and to be equipped to teach others. “Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God” (Hebrews 6:1).

Considering the scriptures about resting, Christ being our perfect sacrifice, high priest, mediator between humanity and God; then given the stern warnings about rejecting Christ. I would conclude the reasons for the writing of the book of Hebrews is to encourage the Christian of the assured of hope we have in Christ, and stern warning for those who do not want to accept the free gift of salvation and have counted Jesus blood for nothing by turning to the law or dead works for righteousness, “Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses. How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has trampled underfoot the Son of God, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace” (Hebrews 10:28-29).

‭many Christians today are confused and not trusting in Christ complete payment for All of our sins. This is why in their minds all they all have too look forward to is fiery judgement. Doesn't mean it's going to happen, but they have been deceived by the enemy into believing this lie this paralyzing them from knowing their God and sharing the Gospel. unfortunately there are many who never have and never will embrace the truth of believing God when he said "believe in me and I will give you eternal life!" Not temporary life but ETERNAL, the promised Holy Spirit That will never leave us. We are truly sealed!

“And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,”Ephesians‬ ‭1:13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Thank you for this message. 2 Timothy 4:2King James Version (KJV)
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. This doctrine is really damaging a lot of good people who use this false grace teaching and are alcoholics, drug abuser, fornicators, adulterers etc… If you see what it does to people their latter end is worse then when they started. Be encourage and keep speaking truth.

Abraham was promised blessings if he would move to the promised land.

Without faith he would have dismissed the promises as unreal. End of story.

With faith – faith alone – he would have said to himself, "Well, I do believe God's promises but I'm quite comfortable right here at home, so I'll wait for the blessings right here at home. God will honor my faith." Would he have received the blessings anyway? Of course not.

"For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." (James 2:26)

Abraham believed and obeyed. His "works" was obedience. He packed up and headed to the promised land, as instructed. So it is with us: if we believe we must obey. God "now commands all men everywhere to repent" (Acts 17:30). "Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3,5). Jesus is "the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him" (Hebrews 5:9).

"Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only." (James 2:24)

Tony Kemp did a good job of telling the hard truth but with wisdom and love in his tone. Some christians don't know how to do this and end up offending many unbelievers. Some churches completely avoid talking about sin. I pray God will help us to preach the truth with wisdom.

Sanctification is the act or process of acquiring sanctity, of being made or becoming holy. … To sanctify is to literally "set apart for particular use in a special purpose or work and to make holy or sacred." If we do not see our old habits fall away but instead keep doing them we should be very concerned and plead for help from God to change and free us from sins bondage. So first we realize that we are in sin. Then we confess it to God and ask Him to change us to conform to his image and his will. He will be faithful if we give an honest effort to conform and confessing sincerely when we fail. It may take some time but progress should be noticed. If not we should talk to a someone that has overcome the issue. Or search the internet, bible or other resources.

I heard a pastor earlier explaining his way around John 15 5-7. He said he had thought on that verse for a long time. It is the verse about the branches. Determined to stick to his doctrine lest he have to admit he had it wrong all those years. Maybe I could be wrong but I see it saying what it says.

The so called christians where I live preach a gospel, in which you cannot be set free from sin. According to them you will stop sinning when you go to heaven. My so called christian neighbour told me about a case where a woman had a sick child and prayed to God to let the child die and take the child to heaven. The child died after she had prayed like that. So sad.

Revelation 14:12 & 22:14 … Grace is the shed Blood to cover Sin… NOT the golden ticket to Sin… it's the language of the Dragon you can SIN and NOT DIE… ALL churches and religions are Apostate… this PROFIT$ of BAAL switched the TRUTH with a LIE… Jesus (YAHUSHA) said one will come in his name and you will receive him, I wonder if thats PAUL transformed by a Angel of Light… Satan came as an Angle of Light… Christ-MASS and EAST-Star are PAGAN as are all the HOLI-days … GOD (YAH) New Year is APRIL FOOLS DAY what's YAH say about calling someone a fool… the True Sabbath is set each MOONth by the 7% New Moon… they call keeping the Commandments of the HOLY FATHER works… WORKS ??? the WHORE of CONFUSION not the Bride…

Thanks for this. I have known about the scriptures on salvation being secure. But faith without works is dead. Works in the Greek means deep inner desire. I believe only those with a deep inner desire to know the Lord are saved. If that desire wanes off then trust in the Lord may have been done in vane.

Basically what he’s teaching is something like this. Hey kid I got a gift for you a bible, I paid for it and I’m give it to you for free but you got to mow my lawn, clean my car and wash the dishes. Also if you do something bad I’m going to take the Bible away from you. Is that a gift??? NO It’s Not. It’s only by believe in what Jesus did on the cross for us. The Bible says believe in the lord Jesus Christ should not perish but have everlasting life. If you think you have to endure to the end then it’s not everlasting and your calling God a liar. Titus 1:2

Truth-tell preachers who preach unconditional eternal security. God repeatedly says to me,those who do my Word, obey my commandments will be saved. Narrow is the Way and few there be who find it. This should really put the fear of God in all of us. Keep obeying Him. That's the only answer I know, although God is merciful and forgives us when we truly repent and quit the sin. " Grace causes people to enjoy intimacy with the Father-I like that, too.

It’s very important to mention that in order for a believer to claim the blood of Jesus for the remission of his sins, he must be baptized in water. Mark 16:16

You can’t just say sin. Sin is Avon an unperfected state, iniquity is what you do through generational cycles and transgressions is your choice to break a law you know you shouldn’t. Sin is a state a DNA issue, that has mixture in it.
God doesn’t look at fruit he looks at the root of that fruit, if you are broken and causes issues it’s because your unsealed, he is a loving father, you would have to go to great lengths to get him out of you once he has come in. He is beyond faithful until the end.

True Grace
Ephesians 2:8-9 King James Version (KJV)

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Galatians 2:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

These guys robbers and theives.
John 10:1-9 King James Version (KJV)

10 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

2 But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

3 To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.

4 And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

5 And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

6 This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

They are preaching a Christless Christianity which will save no one.
You must go through the Door. You must be born again. Being born again is spiritual rebirth. It is only something God can do once you've placed you faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Salvation cannot be earned by you nor kept by you. Once you been saved God will not let you go

Matthew 13:15-18
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

The flesh is not redeemed only your spirit is redeemed by His Spirit once we believe. This is why the Lord says we must be born again!!!!!
Without that spiritual rebirth of the Holy Spirit. We don't know Jesus you just have religion.

John 3:5-7 kjv
5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. [6] That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. [7] Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again

They are preaching will worship not true worship.

Colossians 2 King James Version (KJV)

2 For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

4 And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

*7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.*

9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;

22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

These two are a pair of blasphemous unbelievers. I pity anyone who allows them to lead them into a ditch. If you don't believe the words I say. Go to the Lord yourself and ask Him show you what True Grace is. He will gladly show you. Please don't be fooled by their enticing words.

scripture says …do not think that your good behaviour is g
oing to save you. It is your faith in what Christ did on the cross and Christ paid it all. It is written that initially you are to ask for forgiveness of your sins. The Holy Spirit will help give you the desire to love Christ and not want to dump sins on him. But you are saying that if a Christian starts to behave in sinful ways then they are no longer saved. Lie. It is written that you can do nothing to get your salvation. So you behaving perfectly can not keep your salvation. Jesus paid it all ahead of time. That means that He knew what sins you would do beforehand and he forgave you at the very beginning of your salvation. When scripture says they no longer sin, it means that even if you do sin Christ is faithful to forgive you if you ask and no sin can stick to you…therefore you are always free from sin. Christ paid for your sins past present and future. Satan wants to steal your faith by putting a yoke of bondage on you to perform correctly or you think you are not saved. It is written that he paid it all and that means ALL future sins as well. Now cor your conscience sake you should ask him to for byhive you when you do sin. But that is just so you won't get hard hearted toward sin. Furthermore. God is so Holy that you cannot realize how filthy your best behavior is to God. So everyone would go to hell. That is why we need the POWERFUL BLOOD OF CHRIST that takes ALL our sins from us and buries beneath the sea GOD will not remember them against us. There is more. But I exhort you brother in Christ that Teachers especially are going to he judged more harshly by God. I do agree however that if a person truly believes in Jesus Christ the Messiah that God will change them in His time and not in ours. They will eventually have the desire to be holy. It is written that "God will not lose any of his own.

Like in the movie, '47 RONIN' where inner earth beings/demons try to trick the men to 'draw their swords to defend his men' and seeing the truth, that he would lose, passes the test. the test is a daily battle, trust the LIVING WORDS of the GOOD BOOK inside of you, UNCORRUPTED like the revisions they are selling us right NOW.

Jesus Christ brought grace but he did not preach grace Jesus preach the kingdom of heaven and kingdom of God matt.10-7

Amen!! Ephesians 2:8- For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is a gift from God.
Romans6: 23- For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
11Corin12:9 And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
God I pray for families to be saved in the name of Jesus. Please save our family and friends in the name of Jesus.

God has raised up many Godly men and women who are taking a stand against this false Grace. Thank you God for the truth that makes us free and that every lie is exposed in Jesus name

Here in 2019 I am blown away by the fact that Sid Roth is bringing this message!! I stopped listening to his episodes because of all the focus on miracles. But I am grateful to God for bringing this video into my life, because i needed it! I pray that other TV-evangelists would get back to the basics, get some courage, and speak the truth.
Lord please help each person listening to this to be strong in the faith, trusting in Jesus, to endure to the end.

Hebrews 12:14 is clear. He says " U Be Holy". This is not Salvations separation from sin. This is our separation from the world that WE DO He then says without this holiness, this separation,u will not see God. Sin does matter. OSAS is the faith departure in Timothy

Hebrews 10 the worshippers once purged should have no more conscionce of sin those previous sacrifices could not continually make the worshippers perfect one sac for sins forever the blood of Christ cleansed us continually

Get off of religion and believe God if your tied up with guilt and fear you may not be saved the worshippers of Jesus once cleansed should have no more conscionce of sin are you Reilly washed in the soul cleansing blood of the lamb then why fear if you are why guilty conscious continuous cleansing. This guy sounds more religious than saved and that other grace scoffers Mr brown

The Bible warns about those insulting the spirit of grace be careful who you listen to a lot of people who refute grace may not be saved there is such a thing as a Jezebel spirit that wants to manipulate control and throw fear into peoples lives my Bible tells me in Hebrews 10 1 6 that the blood of Jesus continually cleanses us read it yes honor the Lord out of gratitude but don't be manipulated by fear some of these preachers behind the scenes are no holier or sanctified than you while they promise them liberty they themselves are servants of corruption

Grace is unmerited where preacher s get into trouble they get holier than the people in the pew and start passing judgment on who is the real deal Peter said we are not saved by putting off the sins of the flesh and he don't know who is or who ain't saved what criteria does he judge it by church attendance

10: 00 yes but when did the father in the story. Of the prodical son when the father cut his son off. from the family and tell his son. "You are no longer my son when did the father say that hellonSo mr Sid u are missing this story Also. reaf John 10 hello

Walking after the flesh is talking about religious people who are trying to save themselves gal 3 17 says the law of Moses can't forfiet the seed of Abraham's inheritance that's all born again believers adultery would be walking in the flesh as well as breaking the big 10 Paul said it can't forfiet our inheritance you guys don't hate sin any worse than god but he already judged it at Calvary yes believers can be chastened but not condemned there is a difference you are promoting doubt instead of the full assurance of faith rightousness and holiness are in my mind interchangable words without rightousness no man will see the Lord in you or Holiness many of the temple instruments were holy and they aren't even people in all come short of the glory of God Paul said so let's talk about your sins did and Mt Kemp I don't know what they are but God says you come short of glorifying him so what is your hope even as a Christian you come short of his glory why don't you guys preach the solution instead of the problem your own flesh was not eradicated when you got saved and your no holier than the Pharisee who said I thank God I'm not like other men instead of god be merciful to me a sinner

Scripture out of context, taken from a bad translation. Incorrect use of and understanding of repentance. Not trusting in the finished work of the cross, but instead placing the burden of salvation on the individual.

All this coming from a man who consistently promotes false doctrine and proven false teachers on his show.

Blind leading the blind. What a mess.

Jesus warned of false teachers saying he was Christ but decieving many he said they would even show signs an wonders belieive gods word first not signs and wonders what if teaching Christian's that Jesus must have our complete assistance obediance and an see absolute faithfulness to be saved is a damnable herisey because it actually teaches that Jesus is an assistant savior along with us and what we do that his death burial and ressurection in our stead only applies if we measure up or else it's of no value which is actually teaching obediance in order to be forgiven and the people who push this are do decieved they are not even obediant themselves not perfectly

Sid God bless you this is one of the best message most people needs to hear most people or millions are locked in this trap or sin because where told that once you saved you are saved may God bless you

I bought all the audio CDs for just $35… worth every penny! I now know the full truth. I am no longer fooled by the devil. Amen. 🙏

What Is Grace? | Why Jesus Brought Grace To Save Us | The Power In The Blood Of Jesus

in the previous episode we learn about the mission that Christ came to fulfill during his first coming to the world and that he executed only two objectives to rescue us from sin and hell and to set us free from the enemy’s bondage we learned specifically that he came …
